I absolutely love coming to this place but today Wednesday October 5th afternoon did it for me. I walked in there were 4 employees working. One with long hair( the only one actually working) was completing an Uber order and a customer in front of me order. She proceeded to let me know someone will be right with you. I waited and waited while the the manager chatted and chatted to another employee. The girl with long hair then says please can someone help this lady at the counter. One of the managers a lady comes over and was so miserable. Takes my order. Someone proceeded to tell the manager about not having one fruit to make my order she then says “she won’t even notice to the other employee.” She makes my order proceeds to put more ice than anything. Makes a completely watered down drink! After blending it she pours it into the cup it spills everywhere in and out the cup. Goes and touches it with her bare hands pours it back in the blender. Then grabs another cup after pours it again. She then passes me my drink and goes sorry about the wait abruptly! If you are so unhappy at your place of work why are you working there? Ordered through Uber and realized I put in the wrong address and immediately changed the order by canceling and putting in a New order with the proper address. This restaurant double charged me saying I can't feel too late and the food was already made however there's absolutely no way my first order was made before the second order was placed. Was charged $130 for six smoothies. I contacted the restaurant numerous times with no response or help. I feel upset and ripped off of my money. Uber wouldn't do anything for me and have since deleted their app and refuse to order again from them but I feel restaurants should stand behind their own customer service even if ordered...
Read moreMy father went to get booster juices today for my brother and I, and my brothers drink had multiple big chunks of hard plastic all mixed in the drink. He even swallowed some of it because he thought it was hard pieces of the smoothie. We ended up straining the smoothie and there was about 5-10 pieces of hard plastic. My dad went to the store to get a refund and tell them about the incident - they said they don’t do refunds and only gave a free drink. Why would we want a free drink after that? They offered nothing else, and have no idea how the plastic got in the drink.
