Terrible Experience – Not Going Back

I visited the Pizza Nova on Highway 2 in Bowmanville and had a really disappointing experience — not just once, but twice.

The first time I went, they gave me a burned slice of pizza, and when I mentioned it, the employee was rude and dismissive instead of offering to fix the issue.

I gave them another chance and went back recently, asking for 3 slices of cheese pizza. They only had 2 left, and I asked politely if they could make just one more. They refused, saying they couldn’t make a single slice until “their timing was done.” That explanation made no sense, and again, the staff were rude and unprofessional.

For a place that specializes in pizza, you’d expect them to be a bit more accommodating — or at least respectful. I won’t be returning to this location. Really disappointed with the quality of food and...

I got the pepperoni deluxe piece. Now I love my pepperoni pizza I love the crispness of the pepperoni when it a bit over cooked, I like the soft but rich cheese glazed on the top, but most of all I love me some soft crust. Don’t get me wrong Pizza Novas experience was great it was quick simple and a good snack to eat well on a road trip and the staff were amazing! My problem with the one slice I got was the crust was too thin and a bit burnt and when I picked it up and squeezed the crust and it went “CRUNCH”. The crust was so hard it wasn’t enjoyable to eat. My next problem is the cheese it wasn’t evenly spread through the pizza it some spots I could taste ever bit of dairy but in some spots it was just sauce, not very enjoyable.
