Food is good, service is good, prices are good.
The food is good. Portions have gotten a bit smaller on some of the dishes, such as the panzerotti. We used to get the "Date Night" combo which came with two panzerotti's and they were LOADED. About a year or so ago though they are now about 1/2 as filled as they used to be. Every time we order now I tell them to make sure it's loaded up good, or else it will be skimpy. Other then that everything else we've gotten is great - garlic bread, wings, and pizza.
Service is pretty good for delivery; it's always within expected time frame. Parts of order have been forgotten once or twice but they come right back out with what was missing quickly. If you dine-in it's kind of 50/50 whether the person serving you looks like they want to be there or not and gives you any attention.
Prices are very fair and some of the best around for this style. They have great combos and walk-in specials are available as well.
I would say they need to go back to better portion sizes and do some training for front-line in-store staff and they could definitely get a 5*!
EDIT (Nov 10/22): service has gotten much better since this review. Someone always comes up to the counter promptly when you enter! Portions are still small (and panzerotti's have gotten a bit smaller even) and prices still continue to go up. I do realize this is how the world works nowadays though, unfortunately. The past few times we've gotten a panzerotti's it's been 1 time they have been pretty small/skimpy but the other 2 they were a bit more loaded...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy husband and I love getting our food for Pizza Night from 241. However, tonight was pretty much the last straw with us. My husband gets off work at 11pm, so it was always nice to have a pizza place open late to take our business. However, for the last month, everytime we come to get our usual Large Pepperoni Pizza and Cheesy Garlic Bread, they are closed an hour early. Okay no big deal. Maybe google hours are wrong? Nope. The website currently says open. Guess what? It is not. I came an hour and a half early just to get our order in. Open sign is on, the door is propped open and I got to counter to wait. Then I was told by an employee who stood at the back of the store, "Sorry we are closed" at 10:30pm while I was at the front counter while the employees are sitting there talking to each other. That's okay. Papa John's takes our order every time you fail to keep your store open for business. And that is where our business will go...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSo first of all a buddy of mine ordered a pizza for a party that I was attending, but he ended up leaving early so I decided to call and cancel the pizza. When I called the guy said that my order had just left and that it shoul be arriving within at least 20 mins (as I live roughly 20 mins away) and I was ok with paying for it as it has already been shipped out. An hour and a half passes and my pizza finally shows up. The driver then says that he had an error in one of his deliveries and thatās why he was so late. I mentioned to him that buddy on the phone said it would only take 20 mins, and he stated that he had no time guarantee. The order came too roughly $47 (for 1 medium pepperoni pizza delivered to a destination 22km away) and I tipped $10 cause I felt bad for the driver heās just the messenger. Will not be eating or ordering...
