Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Cole Harbour

Updated: Figured i would try this location once again as I live close and my kids like it.... think again once again didnt give me all of the food I ordered. Im not even going back given last time I was told that they gave me it.

Poor management and workers. And it seems im not the only one with a bad review.

Don’t bother ordering from here. I ordered online they didn’t have what I ordered I gladly accepted a different item. They were going to charge me still for the item I ordered when the item I received was cheaper offered me 3 dips instead .. which was fine. Then I realized they forgot my crazy bread I called them to say they forgot I got to the store. They proceeded to argue that I got the crazy bread and threatened me with checking the “video surveillance” at the back of the store. I told them please check the video surveillance and they will see I did NOT receive my item. Called back after to ask when the best time to call to speak to the owner or manager and they said they didn’t understand and refused to give me the information . Needless to say I will be contacting head office. Don’t waste your money !!! I really hope I get a response from head office this is...

I called this location to order a cheese pizza ($5.99) and add bacon. The casheir advised it would be $8.69 + tax. I advises her $2.70 + tax to add 1 toping to a medium pizza is excessive and changed my order to a cheese pizza. 10 min later we arrived at the store and I was advised it would still be another 10 minutes for the pizza that I ordered 10 min earlier. While waiting for the pizza I asked what "hot and ready" pizza's were avaible to purchase. The cashier advised me there were no pizza's avaible and it would be at least another 10 minutes. We were in a hurry and could wait another 10 minutes . This is not the first time there was no "hot and ready" pizza's at this location. If you are in a hurry and want pizza do not stop at...

The customer is not right at all. I put into the system pretzel crust cheese pizza with cheese sauce, I checked twice, our family does not eat pork. And the system rung it through as a pepperoni. Management was argumentive and would not look into the issue that I came claiming there was a glitch in their website, for it was not me. At this point I don't want a replacement or my money back, I just never want to go there again!!!!!!!!!!! There are other Little Caesars out there and there is other pizza places so I don't think I will be hurting by taking my business elsewhere. Thank you...
