Pappa Leo's Pizza — Restaurant in Coquitlam

Ordered the italian medium pizza with pineapple and extra crispy. Aswell as bbq wins extra crispy.

I placed it at 7pm only just got the order at 820p.

Tried to call and talk with manager who didn't seem to care but to blame uber.

My food was cold and soggy. Not crispy. Missing pineapple. No utensils as requested in the app.

Not sure why a business would send out cold food, and not even at least wait until the confirmed driver is for sure coming to pick up the order. Like just make it then realize over an hour later the driver picks it up and send out cold food.???

Then why i try to talk with them they just argue on the phone. Yelling me to deal with uber. Nothing he can do...

Just worth 1 star First we got peperoni deal but we did not want to have pepperoni on the pizza so i asked cheese substitute for peperoni. They told me they cannot do that because the cheese is most expensive instead of offering me cheese pizza and saying the prices are the same.They did not let us to know cheese pizza and peperoni deal are the same price i fund it out online because it does not mention at the flyer.
