In town for work, found this place walking around town. I ordered the seafood Alfredo 😋 and its amazing! Ice cold beer and friendly service mixed with friendly patrons made this place feel like somewhere you want to be! Don't miss this spot when your in town!

GPS said Billy D's. Best stop of the day! Thank You Sarah, the best front end host, server, quick, attentive and professional. The Chicken Briestro Burger, 5 stars!

Nice pub style restaurant in downtown Courtney. Has a happy hour and plenty of TVs for watching sports etc. Worth a try if your in the area.

Recently re-branded as High Tide. I was a fan of Billy D's. The new menu looks delicious and varied, if not overpriced. Ordered the Fish Tacos, 14.95 for two tacos, tasty enough, but nothing special and left me still hungry. The long thin plates they were served on were ill equipped to handle the usual droppings of a taco, paired with the slightly over crisped 'soft' taco shell it culminated in more mess on the table than the tiny plate. My lunch companion and I opted to share a starter of Yam Fries, for 8.00, with a side of garlic mayo for an additional 1.50. Sadly when the yam fries arrived, the portion was rather small, and could have fit in one fist had I chose to grab them all at once. We split them and ate what there was, dipping them in the chipotle mayo we were served despite having been offered and ordering garlic mayo. Service was nice enough, but quite slow- we ended up waiting about 15 to 20 minutes after all our plates were cleared with our waters just waiting for the bill. We tipped 15% and paid just under 50.00 for an order of yam fries, dip, and two orders of tacos. and both left hungry. Along with the overpriced, small portioned, underwhelming food, we had a less than satisfactory dining experience that left me wondering if they were still getting their footing after re-branding, and if I would...

We had a really bad experience yesterday. My husband went in and sat down and told the server that his wife and baby would be coming soon. When I arrived with our sleeping 6 month old on the stroller to the back or the building where there was no one seated we were told to leave because children are not allowed and it’s not family friendly. It’s on 5th street, our baby was asleep, what’s the difference between a pub and a restaurant if there’s gonna be a bar? We were not seated at the bar? She is 6 months not a running toddler and it was around 4 pm. We didn’t really even think it was a “pub”. The way she handled things was not great. We were hungry and with a baby trying to get something to eat quickly. It was very rude and insulting . Next time put a sign NO...

If I could 0 star review this place I would. From the moment we walked in our server with the glasses tall brown hair tayra or something goes sit down somewhere and walks past us. Okay so we did, we find a table had to flag her down every interaction we had she didn't come check in on the table without and excuse me. The food was trash for the price. The fires are comparable to the ones you buy at super store, the fish and chips eh not terrible but would totally go to Roy's town if I want better quality fish. Wings were soooooo over seasoned and my drink was basically all lime juice (sea cucumber). That atmosphere seemed nice for the regulars that were there but for someone who isn't a regular we were treated second class. Save your money go anywhere else...
