I LOVE MY CARAMEL ICED COFFEE! However last Sunday after church (10am) we decided to have breakfast at Mcdonalds at this location where we ordered 4 sets of meals for the whole family when they messed up my iced coffee. This one was bitter and i thought it just needed more cream but i also could not taste the caramel because of the bitterness of the coffee. I went back to ask for more cream, so this manager who was also taking orders both in front and drive thru game me a couple of those mini containers. But then when i added it in, it was still too bitter and I also thought there was no caramel syrup in it, so i went back to ask for more cream and caramel syrup to add to my drink. What this Male Asian Manager did got me frustrated because not only he did not give me any syrup, he was just not paying attention to my concern and just handed me the cream and turned his back. So then i added the cream and was still unsatisfied of the taste but because i was already pissed i asked my wife to come back to the counter to ask to add more syrup in it. What happened next pissed me even more, she came back with the iced coffee having too much syrup now and was told NEXT TIME if she needs to have more syrup we should be paying for it cuz its not free. Yes, i understand that part where there was a charge if we needed more syrup but for our case we could not feel the sugar in it, even after telling him that he just told me "No sir, i asked the one who made it and they said they added syrup in it!" Damn! if only my kids were not with me i swear!!!!!.So i kept my cool and just walked out completely shocked of what i just heard. If i had known, i would have asked him to taste the iced coffee first it was the regular taste for an iced coffee so he could not tell that to my face in front of other customers. Great customer service coming straight from the manager! Just great! Read moreUnfortunately this location has been consistently poor since it opened. I wonder if it is a "training" location for fresh immigrants brought in to do low paying jobs..? Orders are often wrong or worse... when they are wrong AND the egg muffins are burnt black, or hard as a rock from sitting under the warmer for too long. Same with burgers on occasion. Really aggravating when you park to find a lunch that should have been put in the garbage. Seriously, stop selling food that should be discarded. Totally messed up our order again today again. (I always double check to be sure they get it right on the menu screen at least). One of the 2 WRONG items they gave us from the 3 items we ordered, the muffin was burnt and dry as a cracker again...The mayo on that item you gave me today could have been rancid... What mainly concerned me was how the store manager was tweaking at her employees while we were sitting there listening. Here’s how it started ; after ordering I got up to the window and asked for a water, which apparently was the last thing the store manager wanted to hear, then they pulled me ahead in a hurry ( no worries cuz I have to wait for my fresh fries ) and when then they gave me food I politely reminded him about our water which then the manager once again starts yelling at her employee asking “well why didn’t they take it at the other window” “ are you kidding me!?
