Abusing Small Business Power – A Community Let Down
Review Body: This location is the definition of what’s wrong with small business ownership when it’s placed in the wrong hands. Let’s call it what it is:
– Racist and abusive behavior – Repeated unprofessional conduct – Sanitation concerns that should be reported – Hostile environment created by the owner and their family
It’s not just one bad experience — this is a pattern, and the community knows it. I’ve personally heard dozens of similar stories from both customers and past employees. This isn’t leadership — it’s exploitation.
The same individuals behind this Pizza Hut also own the nearby Arby’s. Sadly, the same toxic culture has spread there too.
If you care about decency, respect, and community standards, do not support this franchise while it remains under current ownership. Let’s hold them accountable and restore dignity to local business.
To Pizza Hut & Arby’s corporate: You’re losing customer trust by allowing this to continue. Step in. Investigate. Remove these franchisees.

Read moreGood food and decent prices. Tonight the service was lackluster but that's unusual for this particular arbys. I came in just before 8 and thought they might be closing right away judging by the cleaning they were doing in the kitchen but the door said they were open until 10. It took around 5 minutes for me to even be acknowledged that I was there tonight when usually they are very prompt. I could see them through the pass working and I know a couple of times they saw me but nobody was interested in coming out. When a worker did finally come out he was friendly and they got my food promptly which was nice. For the record, if you've never had the curly fry poutine you dont know what you're missing. I would have given them a higher rating if I didnt have to wait so long...
Read morePSA I've never even had Arby's before, but after this, I don't think I will ever eat anywhere else again! We came through the drive through at 8:45 with a ridiculously large order- completely forgetting that our local time is an hour behind. 15 minutes to close, the staff were positive, accommodating, and unbelievably nice. The manager Ryan Was awesome, and the whole transaction was fantastic. The food!! Seriously, a whole other level. I've had some questionable last minute drive through service, but this was top notch, made to perfection. None of that slapped together "I just want to go home" food. They spent the time, made the food perfect, and I've never been so impressed. Amazing job, guys. Will eat here every single time I come...
