I typically love Starbucks but the last two times that I have been I've had really bad experience here. The first one I ordered three basic drinks and waited over 60 minutes for these drinks. After I ordered my drinks I then watched over 12 plus cars come and go through the drive-thru before I even received my three drinks. I then had one of the staff members tell me that the drive-thru was priority as opposed to the customers that are standing in their store. Then today June 16th 2025 I ordered a sandwich. I asked them if they could not heat it as I needed to take it home and take the cheese out as I have a dairy allergy. When I got home I opened up my sandwich and there was two pieces of mozzarella which is great. But to my extreme disappointment there was one tomato on their tomato and mozzarella on focaccia sandwich. At this point I really don't understand what I paid $8 for.    Read moreThe person âhelpingâ us was having a conversation over their headset with who I can only assume was an off-shift employee sitting at the end of the counter. Our orders werenât acknowledged other than âanything else, anything elseâ. We waited and watched while at least three employees behind the counter chatted and took a drive through order, then chatted some more before beginning preparation of our drinks. After walking out of the store we realized the label on one drink didnât reflect our dairy-free order so went back inside to make sure it was. The two chatty Kathyâs were still laughing wirelessly from 3 feet apart and when asked to confirm that the drink was in fact dairy free snouted back âmmhmmâ. We werenât convinced so ended up throwing the drink away to be safe.

Went through the drive thru, waited a very long time even though it seemed everyone in front of me was only getting 1 or 2 drinks. I got a matcha frappuccino, and I could tell as soon as they handed it to me that it had way, way, way too much matcha in it but I didn't want to me "that" person and hold up the line even more, plus I figured it wouldn't be that bad. I tried stirring the whipped cream in to lighten the taste but even that hasn't helped much, it's still a very dark green and I literally can't drink it. I know if I had been the one working I would have taken one look at that drink and remade it.
