I was disappointed in how we were treated today. My Son has invested many hours and a lot of money on overpriced, just ok food. I go there with him every time I visit the island. Today, my little grand baby was on an iPad which we turned down when not so nicely asked to. Our table of 9 ordered a lot of food and with a table that size, you will have allergies and preferences. There was a hair in one dish and when my Son mentioned it, kitchen staff came out to rudely deny it and complain about us making unreasonable requests. Lovely cafe with some epic views! Love the decor and design of the space. I found a comfy stool at the window to enjoy my flat white and chicken. Swarma. I love the Hearth. It takes a lot of passion and guts to open a restaurant during pandemic uncertainty. The owners and staff have put their heart into making this place a success and it shows.
