I have been there once and the cheesecakes are good however the management are not very good. I find they are very disrespectful to their employees, canāt seem to keep employees for another as how they treat the employees is very disrespectful. Sorry but if you want respect then you have to give respect that is how it works. They recently treated employee very wrong and lied to this employee treated this employee disrespectful and this employee would go out of their way to go in even when on a day off to help them and this employee was treated very poorly. I could and would never work for someone like that as if you want me to respect you then I would want respect in return. After finding out what happened with this employee I will never go back to this place and I will let everyone know how these people treat their employees. No one will go to an establishment that treats their employees with disrespect. If they want to keep their business afloat then they need to start realizing that they need to learn how to treat employees with respect and stop using them and treating them like their lives donāt matter nor how a certain employee bent over backwards to come in when this person didnāt have to but felt that they should to help them out but hey who cares right, the owners just used this person and didnāt care how they treated this person. So this will get around the city and it will show everyone what this establishment is...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI've been meaning to visit this place for a while, as it has a stellar reputation! It's tidy and well-kept, and the counter staff was prompt and polite. There was a huge variety of cheesecake options and everything was drool-worthy. Looked to be very precise and high-quality as all the slices were consistent in their size, shape, and decorating. In monitoring their Facebook page, I am surprised they don't have plain cheesecake - there is always something mixed in or drizzled over top. I have a firm belief any place known for cheesecake should have a plain option to demonstrate the cheesecake can stand on its own! Anywho, I had lemon and my husband had turtle. The slices were a good size, not huge, but adequate. I wouldn't change anything about mine. The cheesecake itself had a mild lemon flavor and the texture was a mixture between dense and creamy. The tart lemon curd was excellent and was necessary to have adequate lemon flavor for a lemon snob such as myself. It came with 4 dollops of whipped cream - very generous! My husband agreed about the texture and he enjoyed the chocolate base and mixed in turtle candy, and he didn't find it too rich even though he often does with desserts. His one complaint (and I agree) is it was absolutely swimming in caramel. Totally unnecessary and looked like it made the crust soggy. An artistic drizzle of caramel is all that was needed. Will come again, and looking forward to having a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was quite upset to find that each slice is quite expensive and very very small... my girlfriend got moon mist for me and some sort of chocolate slice for herself.. the moon mist was overpowering in moon mist taste and not that great to try to swallow it down...her slice was bland but manageable .please Remeber these same people you are charging over the moon prices for tiny slices are the same people that kept your business going thru these hard times maybe to give back to them you could ease the price or cut bigger slices. Im not trying to hurt your business I am stating facts that need to be addressed. Staff are quite friendly and for that I will add a star.
You pride yourselves on quality but I mentioned the quality was not great in both pieces.. ill try another piece and write another review maybe it was just a 1 time bad day.. I'll bring a group of friends with me and we can all have a try and let you know...
