Classic Pizza — Restaurant in Dartmouth

Well let me start by saying my first time experience was not a good one.... But before you judge read my review first. Let me say when I sent an email to the restaurant the owner personally contacted me. I was so impressed with him getting back to me so fast, he apologized and was very concerned about his customer experience and wanted to make sure it was going to be a good one. I was not looking for a free meal but to inform him about my meal and how it was so disappointing for me. Between a few emails and apologies he wanted to make sure we had a good one. So we order a pizza and let me say boy what an amazing pizza. It was loaded, hot and delivered fast. So let me say Classic Pizza awesome job I will return. But the thing I Appreciated the most was the owner contacting me personally and apologizing. That's what I call real customer service and that's why I would go back again. Plus the pizza 🍕 perfect. ...

We ordered a few clubhouse sandwiches but didn’t realize it was after hours as our search engine said it was still open at the time. We contacted via Facebook messenger inquiring about it the next day and they said they refund ordered placed after hours and asked for my order number, which I was at work so I wasn’t able to get back right away. By the time I got home my boyfriend and I decided to call to see if we could just get the order that day instead of a refund. The man on the phone, which we assume was the owner, was so helpful, sweet, personable, and assured us that we would get our food delivered as soon as it’s ready. Let me tell you, we were (and still are) so impressed with the customer service, food quality, and the prices! So much so that we ordered again tonight! And this will be our new pizza place, with the goal to try everything on the menu!...

Have had Classic Pizza's food quite a few times over the last years, mostly through pick-up and Skip the Dishes. It's always been delicious and fresh. Last night, with friends, I suggested we order. I was raving about the food from here. So we ordered a donair pizza and garlic fingers from the website. The pizza was very dry, almost like it was sitting under a heat lamp (I don't think it was -- just an example of the dry, overdone texture). It was so dry, it actually cut the top of our mouths a couple times. Really disappointed. Thought my friends would love it and you'd have some new loyal customers. Unfortunately, I doubt they will order from you after...
