This location is not big on priority of walk in customers, on multiple visits ive watched orders with in person customers stop to prioritize delivery orders. On the most recent experience I watch the in person customers bread get cut then as an almost pavolian response the printer for online orders printed a slip at which point the in person customer and everyone behind her became secondary. The in person customers sandwich did not get attention untill the online order was completed. This isnt an isolated experience or a lone employer (although having a single employee over the hours of 4 to 7 seems to be a bad staffing choice) this is also the same type of response when a delivery driver arrives to pick up an order. I find this a rude practice and will be letting the main office know about this franchise...
Read moreThere have been multiple occasions of mistakes, missing ingredients, or ingredients that I did not ask for. Incredibly small portions of veggies. Tonight I had 5 leaves of spinach on my whole footlong. I did not get the onions I asked for and instead there were pickles. Somehow the triangles of cheese were melted and stuck to the white paper and not in my sandwich. That was the final straw. No more chances. I have been going to Subway for 30+ years and what comes out of this location is completely unacceptable...
Read moreService was unfortunately not acceptable at all. The server didn’t look at me once, and was extremely rude when taking my order, mumbling instead of actually speaking. I will warn people with allergies, vegetables I never requested that were mixed in with others were put onto my sub, and dropped back into the bin they belonged in without the server ever apologizing to mentioning them. Ice machine in the fountain was also broken.
However, the sub was very full and I am not at all disappointed...
