Wow. All I can say is wow. Went through on our way home, to feed our very hungry kids after a full day of travel. 2 items were missed, we reminded them of the drink, which they didn't put on the order, and it was given to us. Awesome. Then our food comes; and there is a large fry missing. We politely tell them we had ordered that as well, so they charge us for the fries which is fine and ask us to pull forward it will only be a moment. We said no we will wait at the window if it will only be a second because we have 2 tired cranky kids in our car and really at this point we shouldnt have to wait for a meal we ordered and paid for. All is well until their chief training something or other comes over and tells us we can't order at the window and then refuse to pull forward, we said we ordered at the speaker and explained the rest to her, she got huffy and said "whatever" marched back to the fries, threw them upside in the bag and practically tossed them out the window at us. I've never been treated so poorly by fast food staff. Do better cause with people like that working for you the reputation of this particular restaurant will go down quickly. Read moreI guess it's hard to have good servers when the shift manager isn't very good at setting an example. This manager seemed to be overwhelmed by what the job requires and was too focused on the upcoming orders on the screen to be effective getting my order together very well. He got the quantity wrong having to be corrected by one of the junior workers twice before he understood what he was putting together, and was very sloppy putting it together to boot. He just threw the donuts into the box letting them land whichever way then tossed some napkins in on top and closed the lid, partially. Next, he put together the supplies for the box of coffee really willy nilly. Tonnes of cream with only four sugars, twelve cups but seven lids and a couple napkins for an order that was for ten people. I had the distinct impression he was eager to see me leave and couldn't be bothered to put any effort into a non- typical order. Read moreA McDonald's is a McDonald's. So really it's more of a judgment on how management and their team run the place. This one was just plain lazy in my eyes. I normally don't care if I get something messed up or whatnot. But this place screwed up my order 3 times. First time they forgot half my meal and of course this was one of those times I just ordered and drove back to hotel. Go back and ask them for my burgers, then they give me the wrong ones. Idk, but if you hate your job that much to not make a reasonable burger just move on. Like McDonald's literally designs everything to be idiot proof, and I've worked here for 3 months back when I was a teenager, it's so mind nummingly easy.
