DIRTY, DIRTY, DIRTY. Just look at their parking lot when you drive in, garbage EVERYWHERE, that should be your first sign to turn around and eat what you got in the fridge at home. If you still really, really, really, want that explosive diarrhea from food poisoning and disgusting food handling practices, get yourself a snack wrap cause that's all that's affordable. Try to count how many hairnets being worn up in this place, imma tell you right now, ZERO. Honestly the worst A&W i have been to with very rude servers. We asked if the chicken was breaded to know if it was gluten free and they laughed at us like we were stupid and said it was normal chicken. It was in-fact breaded and no gluten free. So to the manager please inform your staff as to what gluten free is. It truly isnt that hard to understand. Also please teach them kindness. They had on the receipt as well two sauces so we know they acknowledge it but we did not get it in out bag. Please have someone double checking your to go orders as its clearly needed for...

We were in this restaurant today, July 27th, and our meal was not good, or enjoyable. I had a chicken finger combo with onion rings, and a burger combo with French fries. The onion rings had little, to no batter and were not cooked. The French fries were dried out, tasted like they were reheated, and the chicken fingers were dried out as well. The service however, was fantastic. We don't live close to anA&W restaurant, so we like to treat ourselves when we are close to one. This experience will have me thinking about going somewhere...
