Very poor quality customer service. Table was dirty and when i told the girl in front she said oh the meat pieces on table must have fallen from the menu book that might have been stuck. Then i showed her the table not only meat pieces but actually dirty table which they did not clean and made us sit there. After she said ok you can change the table. She bought jug with water and jug handle bad food stuck on handle and not washed. I showed her the jug handle she goes oh sorry i will wash it. I said mam this is Covid times and everything should be sanitized and clean before it goes to customers. Then she gave me cup for tea which had cilantro stuck on and she goes oh sorry then I asked her to change cup. They don’t sanitize the menu book either. Worst experience as they all sat in corner eating there lunch and never came to ask how food was and if i need a box to take the left overs. I had to get up to look for her to give me boxes and pay for bill. Food tasted good but tables, jugs, menu not sanitized. Will never go back again. Also server smelled very bad with sweat smell every-time she came near. I told the server i came here for the first time but would be my last time now. Jan 22nd...

The 2 stars is for the Great Food. Really wanted to give them full stars. Me and brother walked in and were kind to the servers and enthusiastic when our dishes came... ... One of the servers who took our full order did not have a pen or pad and ended up forgetting one of my items. I thought ok it's fine she must have forgot and the restaurant had like 60-70 percent occupancy.... Well me and brother finished our appetizer, finished our dosa's and still no waitress came to check up on us to ask us how our food was. I confronted the waitress when I got up to pay and guess what, she charged me for the forgotten item! and her excuse was she was busy. She lied because I had a clear view of the till and bar and she was there the whole time talking with her friend laughing and talking out loud. It's honestly embarrassing to write this review. When I brought it up again. She was so rude and said "I already said Im sorry"... Instead of trying to make us happy and alleviate the pressure, she was trying to play victim. I would have definitely overlooked this if she handled my concerns instead of brushing me to the side by saying "I already said Im sorry"
