Great place to grab tasty Indian dishes and drinks with friends at 2 AM in Delta! šŸ¦‰šŸ‘ØšŸ¾ā€šŸ³šŸ‘ Really awesome seeing more restaurants in Delta/Surrey areas that are open quite late on weekends. Group of 4 - we ordered the following for sharing: - sev puri - butter chicken (a staple) - kadahi chicken - lamb curry - x4 garlic naans - x2 jeera rice - pitcher of beer Everything tasted delicious with good flavour! Medium spice level was perfect for us and food was hot and fresh. The sev puri was really good and had an explosion of flavour when you pop one in your mouth. My favourite was the kadahi chicken and lamb curry, the chicken and lamb were soft and moist and the curries were packed with flavour! šŸ˜‹ Cons/Feedback: Although we were all full and satisfied after our meals, I will mention the portion sizes here are quite small for the price…So if you’re ordering for a single person or even with just two people, then you can expect the value to not be that great. We paid in the range of $30-$40 per person including tax/tips, which in my opinion is on the pricier side for Indian food. šŸ’° Pricing and portions aside, I do feel this is still a great restaurant because it is open very late while maintaining good quality food and service. Interior is nice and modern with comfortable seating and service was excellent. Our server was attentive and friendly. There was also plenty of parking. Overall, this restaurant is another reason why Delta/Surrey area is an amazing place for foodies and night owls. If you’re craving Indian food past midnight, this is a good spot to try! šŸ‘šŸ‡®šŸ‡³šŸ„˜

Food is just NORMAL, nothing special. We tried the AJWANI FISH, which was just a normal fish tandoori which we get from all restaurants here. The CHICKEN DUM BIRIYANI was not a DUM biriyani, it was a biriyani mixed with chicken curry. We felt so bad for fooling customers like this, saying DUM BIRIYANI and serving different dish. I will just call that rice mixed with chicken gravy. Well i am writing this long review is because, we tried this restaurant on the basis of PAST REVIEWS MADE by other CUSTOMERS (i guess) and also we ordered the DISHES that were pointed in the other reviews. This RESTAURANT IS JUST AN AVERAGE. THE REVIEWS ARE JUST HYPED, MY EXPERIENCE WAS NEVER MATCHED THESE REVIEWS. This is not a negative review just giving a heads up that these reviews does not matches with taste of the dishes. So don’t rely on these reviews. The restaurant is very clean and neat, seems to be they are taking for the restaurant so well. The ambiance is also classy. The people working there are amazing, they all were very polite and so welcoming. We were served by VANSHIKA, she was so good, so pleasing and her hospitality was amazing. Even though she was so much busy as all the tables were filled, she managed everyone well. She really deserves a good review.

We came by for a late dinner mid-week, our first time here. Our host and servers were so friendly and they made great recommendations. The Chaat Papdi with Bhalla had a nice balance of flavours and texture, the Ajwaini Fish Tikka was tender and flaky with big pieces and came out sizzling, the Paneer Lababdar was also very tasty (definitely suggest this over the usual Shahi Paneer), and the Naan had just the right amount of softness and crisp from the oven. Our compliments to the cooks and kitchen team as well, well done. The ambience was nice too (modern, and had fun Halloween decor as we entered), and there was good music at a nice volume so we could chat comfortably. We enjoyed ourselves, thank you so much for welcoming us, looking forward to coming back.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Delight street eats, and the experience left an indelible mark on my taste buds and heart. From the moment I stepped in, the ambiance transported me to the vibrant streets of India.

The authenticity of the Indian cuisine served at Delight street eats is truly commendable. Each dish was a symphony of flavors, capturing the essence of traditional Indian spices and culinary artistry. The chef's commitment to authenticity is evident in every bite, making it a gastronomic delight for anyone seeking a genuine Indian dining experience.

However, what truly elevated my dining experience was the exceptional service provided by Manager Uday. His dedication to ensuring every guest feels welcomed and attended to is unparalleled. Uday's knowledge of the menu, coupled with his warm and friendly demeanor, created an atmosphere that made me feel like a valued guest rather than just a customer.

The attentiveness of the staff under Uday's leadership was impressive. They anticipated our needs, recommended dishes with enthusiasm, and ensured that our dining experience was nothing short of superb. Uday's passion for providing exceptional service sets Delight street eats apart and makes it a gem in the realm of Indian cuisine.

In conclusion, my visit to Delight street eats was a culinary journey that exceeded my expectations. The combination of authentic Indian flavors and the outstanding service by Manager Uday and his team makes this restaurant a must-visit for anyone seeking an unforgettable dining experience. I look forward to returning soon to indulge in more of Delight Street Eats...

Indian cuisine lovers would be disappointed by the overall experience at this particular restaurant. While the service provided by the server was commendable, the poor quality of the food overshadowed any positive aspects. It was disheartening to discover that the restaurant relied on pre-made frozen food, which greatly affected the taste and authenticity of the dishes.

The restaurant's advertising seemed to promise an exceptional dining experience with authentic Indian food. However, it became evident that these claims were merely a marketing ploy to attract customers. It is unfortunate that these new establishments in the lower mainland seem more focused on making quick profits rather than delivering genuine Indian flavors.

In contrast, older fine dining Indian restaurants in the area have earned their reputation for serving truly authentic dishes. These establishments prioritize investing their time and resources into creating high-quality food, rather than spending extensively on advertising. Their dedication to the culinary art is evident in the flavors they produce, making them the preferred choice for those seeking an authentic Indian dining experience.

Overall, it is disappointing that this particular restaurant does not live up to its advertised claims. The use of pre-made frozen food greatly diminishes the quality and authenticity of the dishes. It is advisable for Indian cuisine enthusiasts to seek out the older, established fine dining restaurants in the area for a truly satisfying and...
