Momo Factory Restaurant and Bar — Restaurant in Delta

I've had the unfortunate experience of ordering takeout from this restaurant on two separate occasions, and both times the service was remarkably below expectations. The first time, I was informed that my order was forgotten, resulting in an additional 30-minute wait for my food. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I decided to try again on a different day, this time I called ahead to remind them of my order. Even then the food was still not ready, and I had to wait another 20-minute delay. It's worth noting that the takeout was not particularly busy during both of my visits, which leads me to believe that their focus is only on dine-in customers, neglecting those who opt for takeout.

This issue is not isolated to my experiences alone; other family members have encountered similar problems. Makes me think this is a systemic issue with the restaurant's order management and prioritization, whether it be at the front of the house or in the kitchen.

Given the lack of urgency and consideration for takeout orders, and average quality of the food, I've decided to no longer return to this place. It was only because it was so conveniently located near me. Surrey has lots of Indo-Chinese/Nepalese restaurants that not only offer good food and timely orders. It's disheartening to invest over an hour and a half waiting for an order that other restaurants can fulfill in 30 minutes. For these reasons, I cannot recommend...

The food is awesome as always!!! Ambiance is pretty nice! Customer service was great till now.. We have been to this place multiple times and our experience was amazing.

However, this evening was one of the worst experience we had at this place.

Food was good. But, the customer service was very very poor, never expected.

There was an Open mic show going on (which we were not aware of it). One of the performer saw that we are with kids and right away cancelled his gig as his script was not for kids. Appreciate him (very Tall guy).

On the other hand, the next performer (Hrampreet) kept using all foul languages. When I requested to the Bar tender(floor manager) to atleast tell the performers not use foul languages. Instead of acknowledging he got into an argument with me. After, that he told the performers. But, all the performers made it so unpleasant till they performed (except few).

On top of it. Being an Bar tender (floor manager)was unhygienic. He was not in a proper attire, was wearing a casual grey T-shirt and blue colour track pants. (which we have never seen this kind of attire at this place from last two years). Hope things get rectified soon and will love to go back to one of our...

This is a hidden gem indeed! First, the atmosphere was nice and peaceful with waterfall and buddhist decorations. Staff was super friendly and food was served timely.

We ordered Manchow soup for appetizer, it was phenomenal - reminded us of the rare Lung Fung soup delicacy we got in India. The flavours were so umami and well rounded. Loved the crunchy instant noodle bits on top.

Then we got Goat Momo Jhol, Goat Saag w/ Garlic Nans for the main course. They all hit the spot. We got them with mild spice and they came with just the right amount of spice we expected.

The Momos were filled with big chunks of meat, the Jhol was aromatic and you can tell they're made with good quality ingredients. The Saag was rich and filled with interesting spices that complimented the typical Saag flavour in a very welcome way, plus the goat was juicy and tender. The garlic naan was chewy, crispy, and flavourful.

It quickly became our favourite place and we'd drive 20 mins to come here again. Highly...
