I went to this on 7th November around 6pm in the evening for pickup of Uber eats order. Firstly the Manager Karam ( who don’t even deserve to be an associate) was seems lost in gossiping with other associate. When I asked for order, she didn’t listen and starting yelling where is your thermal bag. I said I don’t usually take out as I leave in car because I had other order too in there. I said give it to me I can put it in thermal bag in my car but she declined my request. She was so aggressive and lost her cool and declined my order. Thats what you expect from managers who cannot even control her anger. The owner of this store should be ashamed of her and can you please show me policy where it is written your Manager can cancel order intentionally. She made me wait and when I brought my spare bag , she yet again declined while talking on phone and pointing with nonsense gestures. Karam should be working in Cleaners. She doesn’t deserve to be manager. It was my first time going there and would never go there just because of her. It’s for all the delivery people beware of her. Just to calm her anger and just because she is a manager , she thinks she is a God and can do anything. Don’t pick up any delivery requests from this store otherwise you will end with having terrible day. Pure nonsense. Kudos to owner who saw wonderful qualities in her to be a manager. Keep her doing this work and keep losing customers....

As soon as you pull up to order, and before you even get a chance to look at the menu, instead of asking what you would like, they ask you each time if you want some random burger. Then when you order JUST a burger and you say that's all, they ask you if you want to make it a combo. When you say no, they ask you if you want to increase the burger patty to a bigger one for an extra couple of dollars. When you again say no, they ask you if you want cheese. They want to at this point sell you a 10 cent cheese slice for an extra dollar plus! How about taking a customer's order and stop your excessive and repetitive UPSELL tactics?! You should be happy to begin with that you get as much as you do for your overpriced burgers, that honestly are nothing special. UPDATE: Do not eat here! I will contact the health department. Read moreI live near by this location at 86 and Scott road ..went there just few mins before around 3:45 on 18 th May 2018 and the girl named( MANVIR )never had eye contact with me...,very bad attitude and can’t wven explain how bad customer service she is giving to your customers ..I never saw that kind of customer service before ..please you guys should train your staff before throwing these kind of staff on us...you guys should check it out yourself send someone and check the service ..Ruined my whole day ..But I will go once again over there to check if’s he is the only one or all the girls are like that...please do train your staff...if they can’t greet customers or can’t talk to them in proper way they should be thrown in the kitchen or for clean up ...train your staff .otherwise you will start loosing your business becoz of these...
