We ordered food through Door Dash. They forgot to deliver the main dish- rice. It was around 11pm and we obviously ordered through Door Dash for convenience. We kept calling and no one answered the phone so I had to go in and asked to speak to the "manager." He said that they gave the driver 3 bags (rice was in this bag with attached receipt) but the driver failed to deliver it. We had already contacted the driver prior to going to the restaurant and the poor man was adamant that the restaurant only gave him 2 bags. The manager even said to show us camera footage but didn't think that was necessary over rice. lol. Also, why would someone lie about that so I believed him. I got to find out when I got home that the manager contacted the driver (while I was waiting for my rice to be cooked) and admitted that they didn't give him the rice. The manager lied to my face!! The manager gave me my rice and also gave an extra order of butter chicken but didn't apologize for any inconvenience. Customer service is horrible and its too bad because the food was really good. They were willing to allow Door Dash take the negative criticism for their own fault. It's okay if you make a mistake, just be accountable for it. Never will I order from here again and I will be sure to spread the news to all my friends and family. This restaurant should really consider getting a new manager, a smile goes...

We had order Tiffin service for this month. In my family my dad is a non-vegetarian and I am a vegetarian from birth due to religious reasons. Before paying for the Tiffin I had informed the owner of this and he told me to pay for non vegetarian and 3 days a week they will give non-vegetarian. I asked them to have one vegetarian Sabze daily and he agreed. I also asked then to mark my non vegetarian. The restaurant did not mark food and the agreement of what I had initially asked kept getting changed through the month. We did not say anything. Today I picked the food. We only had been given one biryani. I though it was vegetarian birani between were to get one vegetarian sabzi, one non vegetarian 3 times a week. I asked them to have one vegetarian daily and he agreed. Today while eating my dad noted that it was chicken biryani. I called the restaurant and the person incharge of kitchen infomed me that they did not have time to mark the non vegetarian food and that we should have just order...

The food is amazing here, but it's not worth the embarrassingly bad service that comes with it.

Every single time we visit, the waitresses manage to set a new benchmark for what we think is the most terrible service possible, yet each visit it manages to get worse. At this point it would be insulting to return. Yes, you could mitigate this by ordering take out, but you should not have to work around their incompetence.

-We waited over 45 minutes for the cheque despite repeated reminders -On the same token the waitresses will never approach your table to check on you, and if by chance they do, there's a 50/50 chance they will actually remember to bring you what you asked for -A waitress spilt food all over the table while bringing us our food and didn't bother to apologise or even offer to clean the table -A produce sticker was left on a vegetable which then made it into our food

I could go on, but there's no point waisting my time with this restaurant any longer. Avoid if you have any...
