This was our family of 5’s first and last experience. I ordered the chicken souvlaki dinner ($24) . Not worth the cost and definitely not a good value, given the amount they serve nor the quality. The chicken was ‘okay’, however the taste and texture of both the rice and salad were ‘off’’ , in which my husband agreed after tasting it. The rice was mushy and tasted awful. Also, the amount of rice and salad portions served was so little, it was definitely not a good value; I’ve never been served such tiny portions of rice/salad before you should be embarrassed. The potatoes did not have much flavoring (for Greek) and looked dried out as if they had been sitting awhile. Needless to say, I only had a bite of the chicken, a bite of rice and a bite of potato, before deciding to send it back. I was polite in explaining why I was sending it back when asked. I was okay to just grab something else to eat somewhere else and leave it at that. However, I was not expecting the reaction or indignant attitude I received. ‘why didn’t I like it,? what didn’t I like about it?…. I was then told that they don’t understand why I didn’t like it because ‘everyone loves’ (their) souvlaki dinner ‘ (apparently). When it came time to pay it seemed a bit high. After my husband paid I decided to ask to see the receipt. I was told up front that they didn’t charge for my meal. However, after seeing the receipt it showed an extra $12 open food charge? Half of what my meal would have cost. When I asked about it, I was then told that ‘they have to charge me something because they couldn’t charge me nothing’. Huh? I did not eat anything other then a bite of chicken, rice and potato before sending it back and said I was sending it back. I only gave a 2 stars for food because my son liked his fish and chips and you can’t go too wrong with fries. You should listen to your customers feedback and not get so defensive next time. It’s poor business practice to charge people for sending food back that was not eaten for reasons related to quality. Called for take out Ordered for a 545 pickup We picked up at 545 Parking is poor lot full but no one in store Got our food home Cost over 30 bucks for 1 soggy philly steak sandwich with soggy fries and one soggy veal parm sandwich We did eat with knife and fork as we were hungry Not worth the 30 bucks Should of went to A and W Called and spoke with manager Paul who did not offer a apology for the food Did say it had been ready early and they had to redo it Will not be back Not good food at all Try any where but this place If going watch out the cashier looks for a tip and is rude Did inform them I was writing a bad blog and they did not seem upset at all Def not what we thought it would be Bracebridge needs a take out place with good Italian...

We walked into this place at 6:45 and immediately felt like ignored. From the moment we walked in a couple staff members were commenting that the open sign was lit. Awkward as can be. The food was mediocre at best. I worked as a line cook for over five years and this kind of behaviour in the restaurant business is appalling.

We ordered one topping med pizza, two grilled cheese, side of fries and three pieces of fish with two salads and was charged $100. Outrageous gouging for such a low quality meal.

On the plus side the server, a kind young lady, was absolutely fantastic. She was attentive, positive and very helpful.
