Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in District Municipality of Muskoka

I've been eating domino's for years and today was the final nail in that coffin, they always forget dips or pop when i order and then I'm told it will be credited I'm owed like 8 2L and 5 dips but is it anywhere no. On top of that i pay extra for delivery cuz I'm out of town and you still screw up and wonder why i refuse to pay full price for half an order. Well today i place my order at 1130 am and get there at 1226 pm the app tells me my order has been ready for 20 minutes or so i walk in and it's still in the oven in fact i had to wait 5 more minutes for it to finish it took them an hour to make 1 pizza and it wasn't even cared for because it was a free pizza from being a loyal customer so i got pushed back till i walked in, hope this place closes soon or gets...

Courtesy is a small thing, but it greatly impacts the customer experience. This lack of basic politeness leaves a negative impression and does not reflect the Domino’s brand I am used to.

Great pizza, horrible customer service. I ordered a pizza with some dips on the side. FIRST they messed up the delivery, the pizza was not hot when it arrived. They delivered without the already paid for dips, and when I called to ask where my dip was they said they forgot, the lady on the phone was very rude.
