I've been to timmies many times. However only ever once been treated poorly once and that was just the other day by my immature ex, those typical exs? Yes that kind. Poorly dropped change in my hand and aggressively slammed the cup on the counter which made the rink spill of he spout and as very rude with his service in general. Not happy with his ervice and I refuse to be erred by him ever gain because not only has he given me a ought time outside work but now I can't even go to timmies for a rench vanilla with out having bad anxiety and wondering if he's gunna serve me and how badly he will treat me the next time. Outside that yes I love the service and the quality of the drinks and food very good. Had that not happen I'd give full stars. There's absolutely no need to carry your problems with someone to work and serving hem poorly. Oddly enough another guy I know had served me today and he made me feel welcome back and treated me how the other guy should have. Props to kyle for great service and...
Read moreThis morning I sat in line at the Tim's for a full 16 minutes. When I finally got to the window I was asked what I had ordered. I told them and they looked around and said "we don't have your order". At the order station I gave them my order, they repeated it back to me. So why, when I finally got to the window did they not have my coffee made and when I told them that I thought that was ridiculous given the time I had been waiting. The server stood there with my Tim's card in her hand saying nothing and acting like I had three heads. I asked if someone was making my coffee because was already late, again, just staring into space. Yes, I yelled at the situation. I was then told that I should leave and that they were not going to sell me a coffee. What a joke that place has become. I used to go every morning for years but now, there is not point. The service is terrible and the staff appear to have ZERO idea what they are doing. Whoever is purportedly "running" that Tim's is...
Read moreVery nice place but as their lacking in staff alot of staff are not native Muskokan's or in other words English isn't their first language. This is very frustrating as this isn't the only place in muskoka to do this. Drive Thru, If you get a English person (as their first language) that would be Dam* lucky. I have been here multiple times as it's the only closest tim Hortons to me. That is the only con of the store. Alot of Pros too but that really effected my review on the store. I'm sorry :( not very Canadian of me I don't mind helping refugees and having our borders open as much as we can but I think if u can't speak English well maybe don't put that person on drive Thru duty. This confuses me. I get that's like picking someone because of their language but sometimes a business has to do with that. If your in Quebec Your Choice is "Learn French Or Hope To God They Are Multi-lingual" 😂 LOL this Wisdom is true anywhere else...
