Pizzaville — Restaurant in District Municipality of Muskoka

Had the worst experience I've had in a pizza shop in Ontario. We were on our way up to a provincial Park and needed something quick. Our order was very simple. One medium pizza, half mushroom, half onion. When I took a bite of the first slice in the car, I bit into completely uncooked dough. Not a small layer of uncooked dough. It's as if they cooked it for like 2 minutes just to melt the cheese. My girlfriend thought the uncooked dough was cheese because it was the same colour lol. I asked them to fix it and they "recooked" it for less than 3 minutes which did essentially nothing as it needed a full cooking cycle to be edible. When I told them once again that the pizza was still uncooked, the employee got very confrontational, saying that how the pizzas always come out, and that's just how they make them. I then showed him how the slices on display in the store were not like that. He then said it was because any pizza wish mushrooms comes out uncooked because the mushrooms release water... So he admitted it was undercooked, and that didn't explain the half of the pizza without mushrooms anyways.

Another customer was in the store, saw what was going on and stated "I've been coming here my whole life, and never had any problems." She herself took a look at my pizza and also proclaimed that it was very clearly completely raw.

The employee raises his voice once again after I ask for a refund.

An uncooked pizza isn't a huge deal, but that employee needs to learn to calm down. Raising his voice is ridiculous in the situation. The other employee I spoke with was very nice.

Unfortunately I didn't get there names but the one guy I first met was awesome. "Hey boss how's it going" is how my conversation with him started. Maybe that employee needs to tell his fellow coworker how to act.

I live far away from Huntsville, so I wouldn't be going back there anyways, but I highly encourage travellers going through Huntsville to avoid this location. The only thing pizzaville had going for it was the cute promotion they have going on, where we were able to get a small amount of chicken breast for my friends dog, who loved it. In awesome fashion, I believe some of that money goes to charity as well! So an awesome promotion...

Best pizza place in town delivery service is fast and reliable. The pizza (well done) was perfectly cooked to my liking along with the wings and wedges!! Other pizza places don't put enough toppings on the pizza and don't slice the pizza right or actually add extra cheese when asked for and payed for But pizzaville loads the pizza with cheese and toppings sauce is perfectly balanced with the pizza itself the chicken wings were tasty for sure they don't give you all breading and no meat like other places and the meat falls off the bone I ordered a medium well done pizza with pepperoni ground beef bacon hot peppers and spicy tomato sauce and hot chili flakes on top. Along with wedges and a pack of 14 spicy crispy wings and some creamy garlic dipping sauce for the pizza and wedges best sauce I've had around here not too runny or thick And not too much garlic or salttiness tasted really good!! If you haven't yet I'd be checking this place out for sure! They're loved in the city and definitely doing the name well here in huntsville...

HORRIBLE service. We made a phone in order and were told a time. We went for that time, my mom said my brother would be picking up. When we got there the entire staff made multiple rude comments towards my brother. They couldn’t find the order and decided to start accusing my brother of lying. When more customers came in after they yelled at my brother to get out of the way. Every staff member that was in contact with my brother would say he didn’t know what he was doing and would turn around and make comments like “this kid doesn’t know how to order a pizza” “he is lying”. They asked for the phone number and he told them, they said it was wrong and said it started with a different number. Once they were about to charge us for another order they re read the papers and found our phone order. There was no apology, no coupon no anything. They didn’t have the order ready and were blaming my brother. We are not happy and will never purchase from this...
