Approximately at 5pm I ordered 2 small pizzas. Currently I’m on the verge of throwing up with a nasty stomach virus eg; sweating and cramping. However, I will not throw this establishment completely under the bus -even though the last thing I ate was there food. Why? There pizza has a remote level of quality and there specialty pizzas are actually pretty good, ham and pineapple was unsatisfactory, very poor tasting, little to no cheese, and the finish product was a 3/10. Crust is decent/mediocre and when trying to pull a slice out of the box it was difficult and you have to forcefully Tear away the slice leaving a bit of a mess. hygiene and business cleanliness is highly questionable. Building Needs cleaning eg: sticky old chairs, visible signs of dirt, areas of kitchen need cleaning. Frankly it’s either the pizza Dough/toppings that were handled unhygienically (dirty hands). “Care, be passionate, cleanliness, be upbeat, personable, make customers feel invited and welcomed” —Owner (manager) was courteous and kind enough.. 8/10 customer service. The other associate or his partner I perceived to be an unfriendly man who didn’t seem to care at all and has an attitude -my impression and opinion.
In summary, lots of potential but must reach highly levels of quality food, cleanliness, and step up the customer...

Read moreThis family-owned pizza and pasta restaurant is near Capilano University and North Vancouver's Inter River Park. The modest restaurant has been operating here for decades. We bought a plain cheese pizza with tomato sauce, another with pepperoni, and a somewhat unusual seafood pizza. Pizzas were ready promptly after a telephone order for pickup. The food was excellent and another bonus is that Westview Pizza and Pasta is not part of a national or international chain. People who want to buy local should choose outlets that aren't sending royalty payments to far-off places....
