Right away when you walk in you are met with a chic and modem decor that tantalizingly foretells you of the flavours that will soon be yours. You may not be Aquaman, but the bounties of the oceans shall avail themselves to you (and also chickens). Then you get hit up with vegetables fresher then the Fresh Prince himself. YOU GET TO MAKE YOUR OWN BOWL. So you know you're going to have a good time. They hit you up with so many choices they're gonna knock you right back to your 5 year old self as you touch your box of assorted Legos and for the first time taste infinity at your fingertips. This time however you're creation is going to significantly more delicious. Then they hit you (in a totally non physical way) with these delectable sauces said to descend from obese Buddhist monks approaching Nirvana from years long gone. Then, like unloved grandparents, they throw out the old to add a fresh spin of new. You would think spicy barbecue nuts had no place upon this feast you are about to partake, but you'd be wronger than the use of wronger at a vocabulary club. The owner asked me to send some comment by email with regards to my rating. However, I would rather share my experience with other users who may think of trying this place. I went in just before lunch time by myself. There were 3 staff working behind the counter. But none of them said even hi until I asked them where I can order. The service was rather quick considering they just have to put cold ingredients in a bowl. For the rainbow bowl, the sauce lacks taste-I asked medium level of spiciness, but, had I ordered mild, it would not have tasted well. The bubble tea was not drinkable at all-the worst I've ever tasted last 15 years. The setting needs to be improved since the cold air from outside (-18 today) was blowing into the eating area right from the entrance. Even though they offer Hawaiian food, it should be modified to suit Canadian winter-serving some warm drink is basic. First time ordering a poke bowl here, as i went to order bubble tea next door, looking inside of this store made me curious and went for it.

I ordered myself a Maui poke bowl, salmon marinated with teriyaki sauce, edamame, red cabbage, ginger, cucumber, fried onion and sesame sauce on top.

beautiful presentation, generous portion, decent price, great sustainable packaging love it.

Staff very friendly, the decor was very minimalistic, very clean and airy. There is a parking lot so no worries

Once i arrived home i have tried the poke bowl, it was pretty good except for the red cabbage being a little dry, and i wished they had put less ginger and put other things more instead (knowing ginger wipes out all the taste) and the sesame sauce a little blend.

but except for that the salmon was fresh and in general everything was good, i still enjoyed my bowl. Curious about the other style of poke bowls, they all look tasty definitely going...
