Presotea — Restaurant in Dollard-des-Ormeaux

Went today for the first time. Inside, very loud hip hop music and the AC full blast, even though outside it was 17 Celsius. Waited 5 mins before anyone even noticed us, although there were 4 people working and nobody in line. The girl was not rude, but very cold and robotic and I couldn't hear what she said over the music and the noise of the machines . We ordered and I was dissapointed that I couldn't do any of the mixes I usually take. No choice of mixing 2 flavors, no option of less tea/more juice in the cup. When I had to pay, it was a whopping 33$ for 3 medium drinks. Then I waited at least 10mins while freezing my bum and having my eardrums pierced by the obnoxious music. I was hoping the drinks would be worth this terrible experience, but when I finally tasted them, they were overly sweet and the boba lacked flavour. Also, my friend got stomach aches soon after staring to drink her bubble tea.

I will stick to L2, where I can get everything I want and for less money, without having to listen to that violent music and freezing while I wait for...

Rating for the service, not the drink. The drink itself was fine. I was first in line and ordered a single drink and waited. Then a group of 4 people arrived, ordered, and all got their drink first. I inquired about why it was taking so long and someone went to check in the back. Meanwhile, more people came in, ordered, and got their drinks first, while I'm still standing this whole time. After another 10-15 min, they told me that my drink was coming. Once it arrived, the manager simply apologized and gave me my drink, saying it was a machine problem. Sure, but as a customer I waited around standing for at least 20 minutes while at least 10 people got their drink before I did (and got their drinks in 5 min). If I didn't say anything, nobody would've noticed noticed that I'd still be waiting. Poor service and...

I go here often, usually weekdays and everything is all good, but for some reason, it's not the same during weekends.

Received today an avocado mochi frappe with lots of pieces of avocado pits blended all together. Had to remove pieces of the pit from my mouth every other sip.

The two last times I came during a weekend, they forgot the popping perles, while still being charged.

It's not like they're doing the drinks fast or efficiently.... The weekend staff is mostly just not attentive during the making of them, and also, not as welcoming as the weekday staff. Barely got an eye contact when I received my drink today.

Unfortunate, but I couldn't finish my frappe today which was a steep 15 $ for one drink. I had to...
