This is an oriental pastry shop. They offer delicious goods such as baklava, coconut cookies, kunafa, rose water, halawa and other canned food. One of the inconveniences though is the need to order a day prior to pick up for basic varieties. As for the other goods, they can be relatively old; and, depending on the day of the week, they may be left-overs from previous days. We believe some assistance for accurate management would be beneficial for this business and would enhance significantly its performance. Friendliness with customers must be a priority and will certainly help the business to flourish. This pastry has all the potentials to succeed. Prices tend to be rather high for the targeted customers as can be witnessed by the low flow of customers. Sanitary measures and precautions related to COVID-19 must be observed by respect to customers and to employees' safety. This store is accessible to wheelchairs with no push button on the entrance. If i had the possibility to set zero star i would ! I ordered some sweet and paid for it on Tuesday to be ready for the next day at 12:30 pm the man was so kind and professional that day. when i arrived the day after there was a lady preparing the order for someone so slowly i told her i already ordered my sweet and i saw the dish packed and ready in fridge.She shakedown her head and kept preparing slowly the order i stood for five/six minutes then i told her just give me my order it is already paid and packed it is over there ,and continue what you want ! She was so mean and instead of saying for ex;sorry it is 12:36 i will finish this in couple of mins she was surprised why i asked her ??!!! I ordered one day before at specified time because i have an appointment and i am not in need to explain to you my life!!! Very Bad customer service. I was refered to this place for their sweets and have placed an order for pick up about 4 times the past month and we were shocked by the staff's lack of respect. I certainly did not feel welcome into their store. I am writing this review after a few visits; trying to give them the benefit of doubt. Sadly, after a few visits there was no improvement. I expected better from their staff! I deeply hope they train their staff to become more respectful with customers. They have good desserts and hope they find time to read this...
