Yesterday Sunday May 7th, I drove out to Atelier Blu for the second time on a Sunday for a dress. The first time I went, my friend called and she “made an appointment” at 12pm (opening time). We arrived and the store was closed. So, I called to see if anyone was maybe inside, of course no one answered, so I left a message. Hours later I got a return phone call with a lame excuse as to why they’re closed asking me if it was possible to drive back... (I really think they forgot and I was upset that I drove there for nothing so I didn’t go back).

Now the second time on May 7th, I was willing to give them a second chance and gave them the benefit of the doubt from my last experience. Again, CLOSED at 12pm. Honestly, if Atelier Blu wants to remain closed on Sundays, no problem! Just UPDATE your store hours and don’t give people appointments when you know you’re closed or at least write down the...

Lack of professionalism and reliability. We drove 45 minutes with my sister, who is visiting from the US, for an 11am appointment, to stand outside the shop for 25 minutes and end up leaving discouraged. We finally got a call back over an hour after the appointment time saying they had a family emergency, which I can completely understand, but at least take 1 minute to call your client to let them know what's happening. We could've gone for a bite to eat in the meantime or something, rather than driving all the way back to Brossard. There's no excuse for this lack of respect. I have 5 children at home, I understand family emergencies, but I have enough consideration for others to give them a quick call and let them know what's happening. I live in Toronto and I was looking for a specific dress for my friends wedding. I had a challenging time trying to locate this dress & I called various boutiques but I was unsuccessful until I called Marc at Atelier Blu Couture. Marc answered my call & was the only one who went above & beyond for me to try and locate this beautiful dress. Marc called the designer several times & he finally found my dream dress. I cannot express how grateful I was to Marc for taking the time to call the designer & have the dress delivered to Atelier Blu Couture & than shipped to my home in Toronto. My experience with Marc was amazing & I can honestly say that the customer service was exceptional!!!! Thank you Marc!!!!
