Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Dorval

fast service, online order is fast and easy, longest was 15min from order to pick up, never had delivery so dont know about it. pizza is fresh and hot, crust is crunchy, the pie dough is thin and soft, a little saltier than i wouldve liked, thirsty after eating

wrote the above about 1yr ago, still go there sometimes. just changed my review from 4/5 to 5/5. Always ordered online, and picked up in store. They only made a mistake once, and that was today, saturday night (busy). Messed up/lost my order so I didnt even say anything at first, as they looked for my pizza. Couldnt find it so started making another fresh one for me. The cashier came and apologized that something went wrong and they didnt make my pizza but theyre making a fresh one now. (At this point, if ur honest and apologize for a mistake, i wouldve been like no problem, i'll wait a few extra minutes...) But he continued that theyre sorrry for the inconvenience and theyre gonna give me an extra pizza that they had made earlier, to make up for it. Think what you want about it, sure maybe that extra one was a mistake too, and it was gonna go in the garbage anyways, but its the customer service that the point here. I didnt have to complain or ask about it, he was honest enough to come and tell me the truth and offer me not just a solution (which was to make me a fresh one stat), but also something extra for the inconvenience. Like i said this was the only time they made a mistake, but another time, they just gave me an extra pizza cuz they had made an extra one and it was late so it was gonna go in the...

Aman is the best worker and kindest person ever! Aman, the manager of the Dorval location, is an amazing person. My teenage son was stranded in an airport hotel in Montreal overnight after missing a connecting flight coming from Europe to the U.S., and he had put his wallet in his checked bag (which went on without him), so he had no credit card, no ATM card, no Canadian currency, and hadn't eaten all day. His flight from Montreal to the U.S. was 30 minutes late, but apparently the U.S. security closed down and he was literally dropped at the hotel by the airline and told to come back the next day. We tried to order him food, but the Dominos App and web site wouldn't let us pay with a US credit card zip code on a Canadian order, and the store policy was that you couldn't pay with a credit card over the phone. Aman was incredibly patient and spent a ton of time trying to talk us through making the app and/or web site work, and then when it was clear it wouldn't, he paid out of his own pocket for our son to have a pizza which was literally the first food he had had in 20 hours of travelling. Tonight I just made an order through Domino’s app a pizza and the poutine. The pizza was OK but the poutine it was the worstI The , fries were raw white uncooked barely any fries and any cheese curds went to the garbage! This is from the DORVAL location ON DUMONT ST. Near my work location , I order from this location at least twice a month pizza this was the first time I ordered the POUTINE! :( :( :( very disappointed with this location!
