Absolutely worst Starbucks I’ve been to. The only thing my dad drinks from sb is the lemonade as he doesn’t like coffee or tea. I asked the server, after a very long wait, for a grande lemonade. He looked at me strange and said they didn’t serve lemonade. I could clearly see the pitcher of lemonade behind him and said yes you do and pointed. He said he could put lemonade with one of the refreshers such as strawberry or dragonfruit. I told him I just wanted straight lemonade in a cup with ice. He finally called over another barista who was doing nothing to help the lineup or make drinks and she told him that they do indeed serve lemonade
he doesn’t even know their own menu. I then ordered my drink, a venti iced matcha latte. This location uses paper cups and lids for both hot and cold drinks as an environmental initiative. He then picked up a VENTI cup and told me he could not make an venti iced drink, but he could make it hot. First of all, I don’t drink hot drinks, second, he had JUST grabbed the exact same cup for the lemonade? (Even though I clearly asked for a grande
) which is an iced drink as well? Why would he be able to make one iced drink in that cup but not a different one? The lady in front of me ordered a frappe and had it in that cup. I told him I did not want a hot drink. I asked him why he could not make the iced drink in that cup. He just stared at me, clearly confused, and then said okay and continued. This was at the Montreal airport in Quebec, but I really don’t think this guy spoke any French (based on interactions I saw with other customers) and he clearly did not understand English that well based on our interaction. If you’re going to hire someone at an airport in a predominately french speaking province, to do a customer service job, they should at least be fluent in English, hopefully with some basic french too. The drinks tasted terrible by the way. My matcha had zero sweetener and tasted extremely watered down. The lemonade theoretically should be the same across locations as it’s pre-made but my dad said his tasted off too. They also put barely any ice in both drinks. Mine even tasted warm. Terrible service and drinks, would probably give a zero...

I think it is a different starbucks it is the one near gate 73. I was headed for a flight to Costa Rica. I want to say the staff were rude and laughed at me for ordering a bagel with avocado spread and two cheese sticks. There were four staff, 1 female, two wimpy looking males and a supervisor. The supervisor was a fat, purple haired, queer who was too confused to realize he was a male. Literally a gay guy, and he mocked my order when I was just out of earshot so I couldn't hear what was said but me being a strong masculine male who is not gay, I usually get garbage service from the lgbtq community. I would have inquired to what he was laughing about and probably punched his face in but I was headed a flight out of Montreal YUL. You are working customer service, I don't care how garbage your life is, you act professional and courteous with all customers. I would never laugh or mock someone I am serving because I am professional. I find the lgbtq etc community don't wish equal rights but want to be priveleged. Any starbucks person reading this please act...

Super Slow service , each customer take 7to 10 minutes, I stand in line , before me there was only 4 customers , it’s take 35 minutes to reach to the cashier , I ordered medium size coffee with two sugar and 2 creams , she charged me $ 5 plus , she charge me for Cupertino , and she bring Cupertino to me , I asked to the other girl I order regular Coffe but why she bring Cupertino for me , they refund it and then they charge for coffee , it’s take 10 minutes for do this work , she told wait on side someone bring it for you , again I wait 7 minutes, no one come to me , then she ask me for what I am waiting for , I told her the coffee one if you messed up , she said sorry , finally she bring Coffe , when I reached back to my gate and start drinking there was no sugar and no cream while my order was with 2 sugar and 2 cream , they only prepared sugar and cream otherwise I would do it myself , very bad service , one untrained women was taking order and other three were just busy in talking and laughing, very...

Maybe you’ve seen my other post from the opposite side of the airport, reviewing the Starbucks with one star? Good news / this location is just as slow and unorganized as the other location, so don’t worry about trying to go to one location over the other. Either way, you are going to wait and be very sad at the end, similar to when you first watched Titanic. Pro tip: Buy your coffee outside of the airport and drink it before arriving - you’ll save lots of money, heartache, and have a significant reduction in stress, trust me, I am a doctor. (Just kidding, I am not a doctor, but I am not kidding when I say don’t go here.

Worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Waited close to 45 minutes just to order and we were 10th in line. Then when we finally placed our order, they forgot to make one of the coffees and they were serving other customers so had to go ask again. Also the employees seem to have no sense of urgency. They move and work so slowly as if they don't even care to make an effort to serve people and clear the line knowing people have to make flights. Starbucks headquarters should intervene and have the owner up his game. All three locations at the airport are the same and are all owned by the same person.

I got a hazelnut oat shaken espresso and a vanilla sweet cream nitro cold brew. The shaken espresso was just mostly ice and milk, didn't have the usual amount of espresso and was definitely not shaken. The Nitro was just cold brew, and was filled with ice and cold foam (neither of which is part of the drink). The baristas seem clueless about the most basic items in the menu. Horrible experience in general, thank god it's in an airport where people are usually too busy to complain.
