Subway — Restaurant in Dorval

Worst service I've ever received at any subway. Paid 32$ for two veggie patty footlongs which were neither toasted nor grilled. I asked not to toast as I like my sub grilled. When we rached to the final step I asked the employee, who told her name Ash, to grill it. She refused saying it's not possible as grill machine is only for wraps. I insisted on grilling the sub as it wasn't even toasted and in the last 6 years not a single subway location ever refused to grill the sub. I told her that everyone always does that and you can easily do it but she just kept saying it's only for wraps, we don't clean it everyday, my manager asked me to not grill sub. On top of that she kept visiting someone in the sitting area after finishing my order, who seemed to be her boyfriend or husband, that clearly demonstrated that why she was in hurry to finish my order fast. I had visited this Subway outlet in the Montreal Airport. I was confused after seeing the menu, so I asked the server's suggestion. He suggested a chicken sandwich something, it was good and filling. I had ordered a footlong and a cookie. But he told me the price for the footlong was going to be 12 or 13 dollars something, but they charged me 26 dollars for a footlong and a chocolate cookie. Don't know how that works, more than double of what they said to me. Probably wouldn't visit a Subway again lol. There was a spot to sit and eat, and to charge the phone, which was nice.
