Wendy's — Restaurant in Drayton Valley

Can't seem to get a chili cheese fries with no cheese sauce....on 4 separate occasions! Had to get them to remake a burger, I paid for a double and got a single. Bacon mushroom melt (albeit last year, diff staff) was RAW in the middle. Problem after problem after problem, and all separate visits! Insanity guys, all it takes is an extra second to actually READ your bill for the mods requested by the customer. Such a careless mistake really speaks to the quality of this place, which is sad! Wendy's used to be a go to when I lived near the Sylvan Lake location. Now I have a hard time setting foot near the Drayton Valley location, because out of a good dozen visits, I've had my order correct (the first time) MAYBE thrice. My bad for giving second, third, fourth (etc) chances...I'll be dining elsewhere...

Stopped here with the family while on vacation as we like and trust Wendy's franchise. However this place needs to train staff properly. I am appalled at their staff. No concept of how to properly prepare food or to follow health guide lines. Fries were supper cold and under cooked. My wife added bacon to her burger an there were two pieces of good cooked bacon and on that was partially cooked. It was not completely raw but close. Lastly the chicken on my salad wasn't that great either. I watch the staff take our fries back and set them back into the rack where they stage food to go out. They left my wife's old burger laid out on the counter for a bit for all to see. This should have immediately been disposed of. Once them remade out food it was better. Needless to say we will never come to this...

I went there three seperate times in the drive thru. All visits I was there with 2-3 cars ahead of me. I waited over 10 minutes each time - until I just drove off without my order. I drove off because all of those times the line never shortened as no one was served. 10 minutes is rediculous, especially in off hours with no one in the parking lot. On one of those visits, my friend went in to the washroom and subsequently ordered a burger inside and came back out and I had not moved. I can't speak to the food here as I left hungry each time. Dismal.

Fix your systems if you hope to stay in business. I won't be back to...
