I did order on the self service machine, the printer was broken, the cashier said it is ok, they have received my order. Then I was waiting for about 15 minutes, I can see the lady in the kitchen just touching here and there, I have to ask the cashier to check my order, he went to the kitchen to tell the lady to make it.
