Pizza Salvatoré — Restaurant in Drummondville

Very disappointed! Today August 25th I ordered early at 9:35 am via their website to make sure I would get my food on time. I asked that they deliver between 11:45 am and noon. From my receipt it said that I should get my order at 11:45 am. I waited and waited but my food never showed up. At 12:02 pm I called the restaurant asking where my food was and the guy said that the delivery guy had just picked up my order and should be there in 5-10 minutes. So I was hopeful and trusted him, however by 12:31pm the food hadn't arrived, so I called Salvatore again but this time the guy said that there was I power outage in Drummondville and that's why it was late, and he asked if we had power failure too and I said no. I told him that it was getting to late for me to eat and I couldn't take a chance to wait for the delivery guy or any other delivery guy cause I only had less than half and hour to eat and that I had to find a way to get food quickly and I would have to order from someone else so I could eat. I checked on the Hydro Quebec app and there was no power outage in Drummondville let alone at the address of the restaurant. There was no attempts to make it better...

Travelling through Quebec from New Brunswick back to Ontario, we stopped in Drummondville for the night. We wanted something easy so we ordered pizza. We were so impressed with the service and how fast we received our pizza from Salvatore’s. It was hot and delicious. The man who served us at the counter was amazing as well as all the staff we interacted with. We will be ordering again from here next time we stay in Drummondville, PQ

Update to the review. When we were in Drummondville, the team at Salvatoré mentioned they would be opening restaurants in the Ottawa area. We were so excited to find out that one opened up close to our home!!. We now have our new favourite pizza place just...

We ordered 2 x med pizza, 2 med fries with a sauce and 10 chicken wings. unbeleivable one pizza cost 25$ and the other 22$ we received 2 small pizza's for 6 people Received 2 sauces for the fries completely ridiculous enough fries for 3 people and sauce for 12 people cost 15$. The 10 chicken wings were costly but tasty. The total cost was 100$ for 6 people but only the kids ate 3 people and we went to the a&w next door. I would never suggest anyone order delivery from them. When I checked the menu online, I saw it should have cost us half. Thank for looking into this before you lose many more.
