I recently visited your establishment and was impressed by the level of service provided by your employees. I would like to take this opportunity to commend them for their outstanding work. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile. The employee behind the counter was knowledgeable about the menu items and was able to answer all of my questions with ease. Throughout my visit, the employees were attentive to my needs and made sure that I had everything I needed to enjoy my meal. In addition to their exceptional customer service skills, I was also impressed by the cleanliness and organization of your establishment. Just OK, depends on the day you’re there.

Came through on a road trip and went inside to get food. Flies were everywhere and the wait was long. They were training a new employee who, when the payment failed, deserted the cashier area and we were left waiting. No idea why.

Also concerned about the masks. They’re mandatory right now so I’d appreciate if the staff actually wore them, but the food was pretty good. I’m guessing it’s good on some days and rougher on others, would eat here again if I had to but would rather hit up a...

Honestly never seen a poutine gross like this I request gravy on the side and they put gravy on my poutine and over charged me for the extra gravy which wasn’t an extra when I order I request gravy on the side to make sure my poutine wouldn’t be floating in gravy. So I opened it to realized they pour gravy on it and believed they microwave my poutine as the fries aren’t crispy and very soft almost uncooked and cheese is all melted.
