Ho Ho Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Dryden

Food is passable for cheap Asian quisine. Service is absolutely terrible. I certainly won't be returning anytime soon. We placed an order for pickup and were informed that it would be a little over 2 hours before it would be ready. No problem, we weren't starving or anything, haha. When I turn up at the scheduled time, I'm told that they haven't even started my order because the kitchen is backed up. Again, I'm easy, no problem. The server tells me that they will call me when it's ready, but it shouldn't be much longer. We return home and wait. About an hour later, we get a phone call from a snotty employee asking if we're ever going to pick up our food. "It's been ready for awhile", she says. Well, needless to say, I nearly lost it. Last meal we will eat from Ho-Ho...

We ordered take out and were told it would be 25 minutes. We showed up after 30 minutes and were told it would be just a few minutes. 20 minutes later when I asked how much longer it would be as it had already been 50 minutes and if it was going to be much longer I would just cancel my order, I was told it would be another 10 minutes and that I could cancel the order if I wished. That in itself was okay except that she then proceeded to tell me that I didn't have to order from there at all. I said if an order is going to take 45 minutes or even an hour, just tell people, to which she responded again that I don't have to order from there. Needless to say, I did not wait for my order and needless to say, it is highly unlikely I will ever order from...

Picked up my dinner at 3:30 today & had to drive it to Red Lake before getting to enjoy, after a 3 hour car ride it was absolutely delicious! The fried rice was so fresh & tasteful, chicken balls were 90% meat & something about the red sauce kept you wanting to eat more. Thank you for having my dinner ready the moment you opened your doors was definitely worth...
