The Tim Hortons truly deserves special recognition for the excellent service and consistent quality it provides. From the very first visit, it becomes obvious that this café is managed with care and professionalism. The staff always greet customers with a smile, and there is a genuine sense of friendliness that makes you feel welcome. Whether you are coming in for a quick coffee, a full breakfast, or just a snack on the go, the service is fast, efficient, and consistently pleasant.
One of the most impressive things about this location is the reliability of their menu. Unlike some other places where you might occasionally hear “we’re out of that item,” here everything listed on the menu is usually available. That shows excellent organization, proper stocking, and a real dedication to customer satisfaction. It gives you confidence that no matter when you stop by—whether it’s early in the morning during rush hour or later in the evening—you can get exactly what you’re looking for without compromise.
The kitchen is always kept in excellent condition. It’s obvious that cleanliness and hygiene are a priority for the team working here. When you look behind the counter, everything looks tidy and well-maintained. This level of care gives customers peace of mind, knowing their food and drinks are prepared in a safe and sanitary environment.
The café itself is also very clean. The floors are regularly maintained, the tables are wiped down quickly after each use, and the atmosphere is always inviting. For a place that often experiences a high flow of customers, it’s remarkable how well they manage to keep it spotless. Even the smallest details, such as organized condiment stations and neatly stacked napkins, are taken care of.
It might sound unusual to highlight this, but the cleanliness of the restroom is worth mentioning. Many fast-food or café locations often overlook this area, but at this Tim Hortons, even the toilet is consistently clean and stocked. This is a reflection of the overall culture of the café: attention to detail, respect for the customer, and a commitment to high standards.
Overall, the Tim Hortons on Green Lane stands out as a great example of how a well-run café should operate. Excellent staff, a clean and welcoming environment, reliable menu availability, and genuine customer care all make this place worth recommending. Whether you are a regular or just passing by, this location will leave a positive...
Read moreWhen is Google going to offer zero stars in their reviews? Well, I definitely got the "ALWAYS FRESH" treatment today. The guy who served me at the cashier wouldn't stop R-R-Rolling his eyes at me. I thought that was just for cups, dude, not your eyelids. First roll came after I asked him politely to repeat himself, as if I was hassling him. Second roll came after I confronted him about his eye roll and that I expected basic customer service from him, followed by "no I'm not rolling my eye (roll again) anyway what do you want?" I promptly helped him identify his second eye roll and bid my adieu and went to get my HAPPY breakfast from Mickey D's next door. If I had the time I would've asked to speak to the manager. I know what it's like to work in retail, it's not pretty work and I think it's important to give constructive feedback to the powers that be when possible. I've had good customer service at this location and there's a particular female manager who I think is great. It's sad when someone like this undoes a team's work. It would be grating if this man also turned out to be the manager, since the entitlement was just oozing out of him. Having said all of this, it's upsetting that as a proud Canadian, it's sometimes very challenging to support your own national brands bc of these individual interactions. I'll be looking for ways to convey this information to Tim Hortons HQ, not interested in wasting my...
Read moreI had an incredibly frustrating experience at your drive-thru today. After waiting a full 5 minutes at the speaker with no other cars in line, another vehicle pulled up to the other speaker and placed a large order. Despite my significantly longer wait and being there first, the staff chose to prioritize this new car's order, leaving me to wait even longer. After finally placing my order, I then had to endure an additional 4 minutes while the other car received their order, even though I was there well before them.
When I brought up my concerns and requested to speak with the manager, I was made to wait an extra 2 minutes for her to even show up at the window. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, she responded with blatant disrespect. She didn't apologize or offer any explanation—she simply walked away, threw her hands in the air, and told me to take it up with head office. Her behavior was not only unprofessional and rude but also unacceptable in front of both her staff and the customers inside the store.
Is this seriously the standard of management and customer service that Tim Hortons upholds in its franchises? I am beyond disappointed and angry about the lack of service and the blatant disregard for customer concerns. This is the second time I've filed a complaint about this location, and it seems Tim Hortons has done absolutely nothing to address these issues. This needs to be...
