What can I possibly say about this place that the pictures I posted with this review can't say for themselves..... It was truly a disappointing experience. I have been ordering from here since it opened up on a semi regular basis. Usually as a delivery. I have had quite a few people speak well of the food and service. I've also gotten quite a few people to order from here as well with few to no mistakes in the early years. For some reason the last few years have seen the quality of the food and service plummet off of a cliff, but I was always willing to ignore it and give them the benefit of the doubt. Today was the final straw for me when I recieved my almost $100 order for Valentines day. Very clearly somebody had dropped both extra large pizzas (one meat lover and one Canadian) and a pide. Which were all delivered to my house, stone cold. When I met the driver at my front door, he looked visibly nervous and uncomfortable, which my whole family thought was odd to say the least. I can say with certainty that we all understood it as soon as we opened up the pizza boxes to find a mess of topping and dough smashed into the corners of the boxes. After calling the restaurant to inquire how they planned to fix the very obvious issue, we weren't even offered an apology. But they did offer to remake the order which was perfectly acceptable to us. How long would it take to get the order remade and delivered? Who knows. "soon" was the answer given over the phone. An hour and a half later, the same delivery driver shows up with the delivery, only they are now without the pide. When I asked the driver what had happened to our last order, he blamed it on some "new employee that was too nervous to tell anybody about the dropped pizzas". When asked about the missing pide, we were told to call the store for more information, upon which we were told the the "pide was in good condition and they didn't have authorization to replace it along with the pizzas". The woman on the phone asked if we would like the owner to give us a call back as he was not present at the store. We agreed however they never did hence the review. It amazed me that they were so confident and comfortable telling customers that the theft of their money was an issue of "it's good enough, so deal with it". I've had my own restaurant before and worked in the food industry for over a decade and a half and I can honestly say that I am truly shocked and absolutely appalled at what has transpired today. I will never spend another dime here and will make sure to go out of my way to stop others from wasting their hard earned money here. If they don't care about the quality of the food and customer service, then they really don't deserve to have customers to disrespect. This establishment is an embarrassment to pizzarias everywhere. You are literally better off getting a "pizza" from Tim Hortons. At least at Timmies you know you get subpar, at least Timmies would be willing to offer a refund. All in all, avoid this expensive excuse for a restaurant at all costs. They have stopped caring and your business means nothing to them. I hope I've managed to convince at least some people to stay away from this place.

Amazing panzerotti, delicious pasta, fast and friendly service. We grabbed takeout after grocery shopping at Costco. Placed the order online for pickup and although it said it would take 30 mins to prepare, it was ready in 15 mins. We were parked outside so that was a pleasant surprise. Staff was super friendly and we got our food. On the short drive home, the smell of the food was absolutely intoxicating. We were so excited and I'm glad to say that it did. It disappoint! The panzerotti was on point! My wife really enjoyed her pasta. Big portions! I'm not sure why the negative reviews, as it seems that it was just due to delivery issues. If you are in the area or are driving by, stop in and grab some takeout. The website is super easy to use so it made the ordering process that much better. All in all we went there for the food, and the food delivered on quality. Will be our go to pick-up place after our Costco visits!

AMAZING! 5 stars isn’t enough to describe this place. They use fresh ingredients which shines through in the quality of their food. The wings and pizza are fantastic but their Panzo’s have now taken the crown as the best I’ve ever had. I used to think a spot in Richmond Hill had the best Panzo’s however last time I went there I was disappointed when I had Cocelli’s Panzo they took the top spot for me. Amanda and Dino were very friendly. I heard Amanda on the phone with customers while I was waiting for my order and you can tell she loves what she does. 10 out of 10 for Cocelli’s I would highly recommend if you haven’t tried it yet.

5 PEOPLE IN MY HOME WERE POISONED FROM THIS RESTAURANT....STAY AWAY. We ordered pizza from here on boxing day, wanting to take a break from cooking after Christmas, and it ended up making 4 adults and one child so sick that our stomachs didn't feel better till over a week later. We all started throwing up within 24 hours of consuming the food, and after seeing my doctor she stated it had to be food poisoning based on the symptoms (vomit, diarrhea, abdominal pain, sweating, chills, etc) and the rate in which we all became so ill. When I went back to the restaurant to tell them about the incident (5 days later, as this was the first time I had been out since being sick), I was abruptly called a LIAR by the owner. I was calm and kind when I told him about the incident, stating that I wanted him to know so that they can take better precautions to not have this happen to other families. He right away became defensive, and after telling him that I felt I deserved a refund based on the principle that I paid to have my family get sick, he told me that I was a liar and I just came here for money. Seeing that my 16 month old child was throwing up and couldn't hold proper food in his stomach, including his milk, for over a week....this made me extremely upset and frustrated as I would never lie about the health of my child to get 29 DOLLARS BACK!! There was no apology for making my family sick, NOTHING. Just an accusation that I came back to lie and get my money back. He also told me that I should have come back the day I got the pizza or the day after if something was wrong with it. So he is either uneducated and does not understand how food poisoning works, or just expected me to throw up in front of him in order for him to believe that I was not lying. The owner treated me like absolute garbage, and I will NEVER go back to this horrible place. I have already started spreading the word about this restaurant and am reporting him to Health Canada. Save your money and your health and do not eat at this place or support the business of such a terrible human being. Wish I could...
