A&W Canada — Restaurant in Eastern Passage

We have been regularly going to the Eastern Passage A&W since it opened. Today, when my husband asked to have his tomatoe grilled for his All Canadian breakfast, the cashier abruptly said "we don't do that", my husband explained we come here all they time and they always grill the tomatoes, she said "no, not at this location", he then explained again this is the only location we visit, for a 3rd time she refused his request. He asked her see if the cook would do it. With a roll of her eyes, she asked over her headset if the cook would grill the tomatoes, they said yes. She had a major attitude, this isn't normal at this location. We've been seeing complaints about this location recently on our community social page about rude staff and quality decline so I thought I'd let you know via a feedback form so the franchisee can address the issue. Our visit was Sat May 17 @ 7:49am order #27580. Unfortunately, the employee didn't have a name tag so we don't know her name. We have never seen her at this location before and we are regular customers. When our order came up, she yelled out the order # even though no one else was in the restaurant at the time. Tried their breakfast sandwiches this morning, not a place I usually go to, but was convenient this morning. Friendly and fast service, looks clean outside. One with egg and cheese, one with sausage, egg and cheese on english muffins. Real cheese, not processed was terrific for me. My bestie was disappointed in the sausage patty, no flavor she said which is a plus for some. Using real eggs, toasted well. I thought it was OK, just a little pricier than some I really like. $4.29 plus tax was $9 and change. My bestie said she wouldn't get it again. But would eat one without complaining if someone brought her one. Staff were lovely, organized and if you like A&W I would recommend...

I have to change my review, as the past 3 times the order has come incorrect. Two times I've had deliveries made that we're missing items, and one of those times there was also some incorrect items.

Tonight we went through the drive through, we ordered two burgers and some drinks. Well, one burger wasn't even the correct burger.
