Got a donair plate delivered, good donair meat and sauce and all. my only complaint was the french fries that seem like they are from a freezer bag, are not cooked all the way and the delivery driver reached for my debit card which made me uncomfortable, I understand he had no ill intents but you shouldn't be handling customers cards, I was a delivery guy for four years and never touched a customers card. And my coke felt like it was taken right out of the case not the fridge. Was great the first time I went idk if I got them on an off night but was better first time I went in person. The chicken wings were good when I got him to put the sauce on the wings. I called to get my money back another time since my first review to them was a 5 star but I couldn't make another review today two weeks later , can only edit my review ... When I called the owner was the third person we had to explain why I wanted my money back because the poor ness in the food delivered were the chicken wings straight out the deep fryer into a fry basket wrapped in tin foil and a small oz wing sauce in the bag . The pizzas are awesome. Great sauce, plenty of toppings and cooked perfect. We have been going there for years but recently have had a few unfavourable experiences with customer service and serving size with donairs. When I tried to talk to them about my concerns they completely dismissed my concerns and asked me what I wanted them to do. I wanted a salad instead of fries due to an allergy with fish as they cook their fries in the same fat as the fish They charged me for a wrap and fries but never gave me the fries (my husband could have ate them) and wouldn't let me get a salad instead as it was already wrapped up.
