Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Eastern Passage

At this location it seems like the drive thru is the only way to get your food quickly.

I ordered two crispy chicken sandwiches, one order of wedges and spicy Chipotle. A large tea and an iced Capp. First off, I was told there wasn't chicken available AFTER I ordered. So I end up waiting 7 minutes, no big deal. Then once the chicken comes out, they don't have any bread available! So there's another 5 minute wait. Ok, I can deal with that, no big deal. Then one of the workers whispers to the others (not so subtly mind you, that the lettuce is gone bad). So while I wait, and hear all this, it is utter chaos behind the counter. No organization, no communication, no product available.

I FINALLY get my order and go home after a 15 minute wait. But to my surprise once I open the bag, I get one crispy chicken and one steak craveable AND a coffee, not a tea! Service is deplorable. Absolutely deplorable.

I can only describe the service as of lately as chaotic, awful and inaccurate. I will never go to this location again. I'd rather drive the extra distance and get a correct order and in a timely fashion.

I hardly ever go to Tim Hortons for various reasons however today I went to eastern passage Tim Hortons drive through. The person taking the order was attentive listened well(did not advise me of total should have done this).I arrive at the window to pay and a very friendly lady greeted me (most annoying to be called honey sweety darling babe she had only said 2 one at beginning honey and when finished to say bye sweety I don't believe in customer service it's advisable or correct for these terms to be used) told me my total gave me a receipt upon me asking but she had that available and did not even stumble looking for it (impressive).I arrived home and went to prepare my build a bagel at home style and well by the by BEST EVER BAGEL IVE EVER HAD FROM THERE.im always very specific when I order a bagel it's double toasted slightly burnt butter on both sides stabbed so butter sinks in and cream cheese on side. I ordered XL Double double regular coffee ,I took a sip before I leave drive thru.Coffee is warm not hot,when i asked staff the reply i got is .. If you ordered double double the coffee will be cold .I told him I can't drink please microwave and give attest . he agreed and gave . 1.This is not the first time I have been drinking coffee double double ,I know how coffee tastes like for xl or large or med . 2.The coffee has too much milk and sugar, didn't even finish 20% of coffee . 3.very rude staff never heard greeting or saying good morning or my apologies. The Asian girl with colorful hair and Indian guy were rude,they don't care. I have noticed the at the window the girl working with him pouring the milk into cup manually and adding sugar .generally they do with machine .They are telling me a regular customer that coffee is cold due to double double,instead of using correct portion and keeping 10 min fresh .
