We are so grateful to Minh, Brandy, and the entire A&W team for making our dad’s 98th birthday such a joyful and memorable celebration.

All our father—grandfather and great-grandfather—wanted for his big day was a trip to A&W. So, we reached out to Minh, who was incredibly warm, gracious, and thoughtful. She had everything beautifully set up for our party of 10, and from the moment we arrived, we felt completely taken care of.

Papa was absolutely delighted—he loved the food, the service, and the genuine kindness of everyone there. At 98, he’s a man of few wants, but this meal clearly hit the mark.

The restaurant itself is spotless, efficiently run, and full of good energy. You can tell this team works together like a well-oiled machine—but one that runs on root beer and good vibes.

Out of all the A&W locations I've been to, I would give this one a 5/5! Came in for a snack with my family and got great service: friendly, fast, they brought our food to our table, and I also noticed one customer went up to let them know they were out of a certain pop in the machine and they immediately filled it in the back for them. And their glasses are actually cold!! I've been disappointed so many times at other locations when they give me a lukewarm A&W mug with root beer, but this location has the classic slush on the sides of the cup coldness to the mugs. It's a newer location so really clean and I like the new design of having sinks easily accessible, not just in the bathroom. They even have a sink for children which makes it so much easier for my child to wash her hands before and after eating. Definitely...

The outlet is super clean; spotless, in fact. The service is absolutely stellar; friendly, quick and efficient. Only 4 stars for the following: condiments, buns, and freshness of veggies is Xlent, but the actual burger is terrible. It had the consistency of cardboard and no taste at all. I finished eating the teen burger I had ordered since the remainder of lettuce, dressing and onions was delish. Unfortunate fact is that upon politely asking their procedure with the meat (at all A & W outlets) is this: meat is brought out from freezer in back, put into another freezer, and put directly on the grill frozen when ordered. So that is the reason the burger meat is tasteless. For all other food, A & W prob does ok...I never do fries, etc. I had thought another outlet was the only offender of this practice, but...
