Our inaugural experience with All Indian left us with mixed emotions, featuring a blend of culinary delight and an unfortunate aftermath. As newcomers to this establishment, we decided to venture beyond our usual choices, and the food, especially the naan bread, surpassed our expectations.
However, our enjoyment took a downturn as my family grappled with the aftermath of what seemed to be food poisoning. My son bore the brunt, spending a restless night battling stomach issues, while my wife and I faced our own gastrointestinal challenges. Despite this setback, it's crucial to acknowledge that instances of food poisoning can occur unexpectedly and are not always within the restaurant's immediate control.
In offering constructive feedback, we recommend that the staff focus diligently on kitchen cleanliness. Implementing practices such as using separate utensils for raw and cooked meat and maintaining a vigilant approach to the cook area could significantly enhance the overall safety of the dining experience.
Despite this setback, our passion for Indian cuisine remains unwavering. This incident serves as a cautionary tale, emphasizing the importance of stringent hygiene practices in the...
Read moreWe were travelling from BC to AB and looked for an Indian Restaurant in Town, and this restaurant had some raving reviews. I went there with my family, first thing in the morning. We placed an order for Breakfast, for 3. Given that they were preparing for the Lunch Buffet, it took them 40 Minutes for an order which consisted of 3 Parathas and Choley Kulche to get to us. As the waitress was bring the the order of Kulchey, she dropped the Plate and then gathered the Kulcha from floor, apologized to us, took the plate back and came back within 15 seconds telling us it was a fresh one. We were appalled, what kind of Kitchen they were running, it took them 40 minutes to prepare our order and just 30 seconds to prepare another one, clearly she served us the same order which she had thrown. I mean what kind of people do they think come to their restaurant, whom they can server food from floor. We were so disgusted, we simply paid the bill and left. Going by my experience, i doubt that in their buffet too they would be serving all the left overs, if they would serve off the floor in front of the customer, i dread to imagine what they would be doing when no one is looking. I would not recommend anyone who is just going by the...
