In my quest for a pizza experience beyond the typical chain options, I ventured into this pizzeria after encountering mixed reviews. Opting for the Monday special – three large pizzas, with an additional charge for extra mozzarella – I found my own encounter echoing some of the sentiments expressed in those reviews.

My choice of two pizzas with extra mozzarella, for an additional fee, didn't yield the anticipated divergence in flavor or presentation. Visually and gastronomically, the pizzas were indistinguishable, showcasing an equivalent amount of cheese.

While the pizza didn't fall short of being enjoyable, it failed to surpass the standards set by other local pizzerias. Its taste was on par with what one might expect from a frozen pizza. The toppings, diced into small cubes, seemed as if they had been sourced from a mass-produced frozen pizza facility.

Regrettably, I must admit that I've tasted superior pizza even at convenience stores like 7-11. The overall quality and flavor of the pizza failed to leave a lasting impression.

On a positive note, the delivery service was commendable. The delivery person exhibited patience, accommodating a delay on my end as I attended to my dog. The pizzas arrived promptly, maintaining their heat during transit.

I called to order two cauliflower crust pizzas, and Harsh picked up my call. I placed my order, but instead of processing it, he told me he would give me a “warning” and that I would need to come into the store for him to take my order.

He brought up that I had canceled an order about a year ago. That day, I canceled my order just a minute after placing it, and I specifically told the staff that if the food was already in the oven, I would still come pick it up to avoid waste. The staff member at the time assured me it was okay to cancel, and there was no issue. Since then, I have ordered from this same location multiple times without any problems—most employees even know my regular order.

Harsh gave me a warning and said you come here first and then I will take your order. Who is he to give me a warning, and for what exactly? Customers should never be spoken to in that way. On top of that, when I mentioned that my dad knows the owner, he dismissed it and rudely said, “You can tell him and do whatever you want.”

This place has given me multiple negative experiences, and this was the last straw. I will not be returning. I have given them several chances to improve, but it’s clear some employees don’t understand how to treat customers respectfully. Employees are not the owners—they should act professionally,...

Ordered a large spicy paneer pizza. I told the guy that i want to swap tomatoes with pineapple he said we don’t do it. Even if i don’t want that specific toppings. Then i told him to remove tomatoes but they still put the tomatoes on my pizza. The other bad thing is I spent $23 or $25 on a large pizza and didn’t even get the good amount of paneer. There was hardly one pr two pieces of paneer on each slice which was very disappointing. When I called at the store the guy over the phone didn’t even say sorry for the mistake and told the manager will give you a call for the credit and guess what manager didn’t call back.
