First Impressions
The moment the box opened, I was hit with a wave of aromatic complexity—herby tomato sauce, sizzling pepperoni, roasted bell peppers, and a whiff of melting mozzarella. The crust was golden and slightly blistered around the edges, hinting at a perfect balance between crisp and chewy.
The Crust
The foundation of any good pizza, the crust here was on point. It had a nice rise and was baked just right—airy on the inside, crispy on the bottom, with enough structure to hold the mountain of toppings without collapsing. A light dusting of semolina gave it a pleasant crunch with each bite.
The Sauce
The tomato sauce was rich and tangy, seasoned with garlic, basil, and oregano—classic but not overpowering. It offered a necessary acidity to balance out the fatty meats and gooey cheese.
The Cheese
A luscious blanket of mozzarella enveloped the toppings, bubbling and slightly browned in spots. It stretched beautifully with each bite, blending smoothly into the other ingredients. It wasn’t overly greasy, which is always a win.
Toppings (The Real Stars)
This is where the “supreme” label earns its name: • Pepperoni: Slightly curled with crispy edges and a smoky-spicy bite. • Italian sausage: Juicy, herby chunks that added depth and a fennel kick. • Green peppers & red onions: Sweet and softened by the bake, but still offering a satisfying crunch. • Mushrooms: Earthy and tender, soaking up flavor like little sponges. • Black olives: Salty and briny, adding a Mediterranean contrast that cut through the richness.
Flavor Profile
Each bite was a layered experience. The sweetness of the peppers played off the spicy meat. The mushrooms grounded it. The olives perked it up. It was bold, balanced, and delightfully busy without feeling overloaded.
Overall Verdict: ★★★★★ (5/5)
The supreme pizza delivered exactly what it promised—a loaded, no-compromise flavor explosion. It’s not for minimalists. It’s for people who want every bite to be a story. If you’re craving indulgence with just enough balance, this pie hits the mark.

Read moreTypically when I am reviewing a restaurant for it's Pizza, I will get the Pepperoni or some variation of it, however when I got into contact with the owner and was recommended something different, I was excited; it is a rarity these days to see food served with confidence, it creates a bit of a spark in the foodie in me and will likely do the same for you, with that being said this location is a must try.
A lot of restaurants today preach about how fresh their ingredients are, but that is just talk, it is the taste that really tells the tale of freshness and at Supreme Pizza, you can tell that they understand that; it isn't just something said to push food out the door, it's followed through on.
Family owned business that began in 2010 with their Knottwood location, this location is their 2nd, with a 3rd opening up in Cartwell Place SW, their unique take on Indian-Fusion Pizza has clearly been honed and crafted for sometime.
Getting down to the pizza itself, I mean what can I say, a couple bites into the first slice I knew this was one of the better pizzas I had ever had, definitely the most unique tasting; coming from a guy who grades off of Pepperoni that might not mean much to you, but I digress, it was delicious. I had the Tandoori Chicken Special, you can see it in the pictures below... Every single ingredient on this pizza was CRISPY FRESH, a rarity these days, nothing was wilted or old, all fresh; Mushrooms, Red Onions, Green Peppers, Cooked Tomatoes, The Tandoori Chicken, Sauce and Cheese, there was no ingredient that really stood out of place, the taste was uniform and cohesive, all the flavors complimented the crispy crust.
I did take a video as well, if I can upload it, I will, but if nothing else, just take my word on it that this pizza is good, I can't even come up with a criticism, they need to just keep doing what...
