So, On June 28, 2025, I placed an ordered for 1 Chana Bhatura at about 1857 hrs, and the girl said that the order would be ready in 15minutes. At 1918 hrs, 20 minutes later, I parked my car in the parking lot of restaurant, made a phone call if the order is ready, and the girl said said it would still take 5-10 minutes to get ready. So I said the girl if she can please call me back whenever the order is ready as I was sitting in my car in the parking lot and she confirmed that she will call me.
Till 2002 hrs, about more than one hour later I placed my order I still did not recieve any call about the order so I called the restaurant back. At that time, the girl said that the chana bhatura order is ready and apologised that she could not find my contact number thats why she did not call back which is the universal reason as expected.
The second reason that restaurant can give for not making the irder ok time could be that people sometimes call and dont pick the order. If that is the reason then atleast dont confirm and also, this customer has called you back that I am standing outside in the parking let me know but your staff did not still got back to me because you would want the customer to come and make him/her wait.
I have all the recordings and evidence in case someone wants to confirm what they did that day

   Read moreWe have been frequenting visiting this restaurant for a long time and have never experienced any issues. Although their food is excellent, but last week on January 15th, I placed an order for my family and requested palak paneer along with a few other items.
Instead of palak paneer we received saag and we were fine with that but when we tasted it we found that it was totally undercooked, tasteless and bitter in taste. The situation worsened when we called the restaurant and spoke to the lady who said we can substitute the food that went wrong with any other dish, when you come next time.
Today, I ordered our dinner again and other employee was working at the shift, she told us that we canât substitute the dish and can get small discount on items because she was miscommunicated by other lady whom i talked on call. She was kind enough to made call to the other girl I talked but she didnât pick her calls. We were not there to get any money concession so we refused to take discounts.
Firstly, we received the wrong food and it was their mistake then they said we will compliment to another item then they refused to.
It was okay to refuse to give substitute item but they should not have given their word at firsthand. Please try to not to promise compliments stuffs next time.

So I called back and say its not nice to do that atlis she could have said proper thank you or goodbye and she reason out that its because the other line ringing in the same phone, it will automatically ended the line with me. I didnt buy that reason coz she could have put me on hold. And I said you can atlis have it wait the other line since you are still dealing with a present custumer. And still she insisted answering, I didnt put down the phone and it was ringing on the other line. Same answer, same excuse but wether it is true or not, she meant it or not, my whole point is atlis she could have handle it by apologizing,.
