09/11/24 8am This is the only BK lounge in the area and decided to come visit today. I used an app “coupon” but then looking at the menu realized that you’re not saving anything. In fact it’s literally the same price for two items. What is even the point of that? McDonald’s actually has some decent offers and actually gives you rewards to redeem. I tried their hash browns, they do hash brown things. Cute little circles instead of your typical rectangle shape. The breakfast croissant is very small see pictures in post. Hand for scale, but then again I have small child hands for an adult…The restaurant clearly got a Reno as the former play area as you can see with the high ceiling has been removed and now has more seating and random computers. I do like the summer kinda lawn chairs those look cozy. The garbage cans are hilarious can check out the pictures again. I really miss the electric garbage cans that used to compress stuff, god I’m old. One thing I really do not like about this location is the drive through. Why do cars loop around the the front entrance? This just spells and asks for a disaster. I’m not even joking you have to accommodate for idiots. Design team was like “okay let’s have the pick up window literally in front of the entrance.” I’ve never seen a location do this before and it baffles me so much. So you not only have pedestrians you have cars in drive through mixed in. How is this not a safety hazard?! Anyways, thanks for...
Read moreWent here since Taco Bell was closed... Waited to order for 10 minutes with 5 cars ahead of us. I ordered chicken fries as a combo, 8 pc mozza sticks, and a chocolate milkshake. I was told it was $11.67. Finally got to the window, and there's 3 people attempting to work the till. I was then told it would be $6.37. They claimed they forgot to add the mozza sticks so it went to $12.84. Before I paid, I made them review my order. They had 2 whoppers and mozza sticks as the order. When the manager had fixed it to the correct order, the total jumped to $16.87. However.... The menu clearly states that a chicken fry combo is $9.99, and a milkshake is $4.60 or so. With taxes, and also an added item of an 8pc mozza stick, these prices don't add up. We were told 4 different prices and didn't feel like getting scammed. The manager slammed the window in our faces when trying to rectify or understand the issue in pricing, so we just left hungry. After working 12 hour days, and knowing most of their customers are hard workers.... It's a pretty bad way to treat your customers. I will be bringing this to corporates' attention too, because ....what? Major training needs to be done at this particular BK...
Read moreNot the most welcoming experience this evening. We showed up at 8:30 pm with our children with some family hoping to spend a evening visiting. We tried to go into the play apparatus to settle in the kids so the adults could order our supper only to discover they closed the apparatus at 8. Immediate chaos took place when the kids didnt have anything to occupy themselves. My 3 year old found himself into some trouble crying loudly in the restaurant when he figured out he couldnt run around like he planned. We also discovered its quite the challenge to pay for food as well with both machines having some sort of problem thats makes the tap not work an using the chip reads some kinda sketchy error reading. While we were ordering i begged an pleaded with my situation with a individual by the name tag of lei or lem to unlock the play structure only to be told no, telling me it closes at 8 because of policy when theres no sign of the hours of operation on any door nearby. Very displeased with this restaurant an i definitely wont being heading back any time soon ill also be letting my co workers know next morning of my experience any family member who brings up...
