Canadian Choice Pizza and Donairs — Restaurant in Edmonton

Normally I wouldn't write a review like this, however, I think my experience at this establishment warrants it. I was visiting from Vancouver and my family wanted pizza and this halal pizza establishment seemed to be a good choice based off of ratings. I was horribly wrong. I went and took a look at the menu and when I was ready to order I told the employee (an owner would NEVER do something like this) I was ready, twice. He saw a couple enter and took their order first (even though I was already waiting and ready) and then came to me. I don't know about the pizza, but the staff was distasteful. I would highly recommend the owner of this establishment to train their staff in customer service first, then making pizzas. Rather than just accepting he was wrong he kept arguing "you were still looking." I didn't even place the order, even though I was going to order at least 2 or 3 pizzas. Was a customer for 5 Years until latley. I'm not sure if they where taken over by new owner ship but service is not what it used to be. Always have ordered the same pizzas but last 2 few times we have ordered are extra toppings ither are not included or there is almost none ( peice or two ) This time I finally had enough called and complained and there fix was bringing me a box of tomatoes... didn't replace the pizza or switch it out, just a box of tomatoes which im not going to now put on my cold pizza. Went in to order 2 donairs. They had been open for hrs and the machine to cook the meat was off. They turned it on when I ordered and then I looked at the meat. It was old dry and literally cracking cus of the dryness and such. Asked for my money back and then he argued with me. Demanded my money back multiple times and after getting it left.
