I don’t like doing this and I don’t review often unless it is needed and I hope Tim Hortons Corporate is reading. This Tim Hortons I don’t visit often and it is for the reasons mentioned in all the various 1 star reviews of this location. I ordered a habanero chicken wrap combo. When the lady was taking my order she kept repeating it to me as a chicken bowl. I corrected her both times and when ordering my coffee with the combo I only got 2 cream back after saying 2 cream and 1 sugar. I corrected her again this time on the coffee reminding her about the 1 sugar also. Upon driving up to the window I noticed lots of employees working in the kitchen but they were all seemed confused and unsure of what they should be doing. I was handed a bowl (not a wrap like I ordered) by a kitchen employee then the lady who seemed to be the one who took my order stood there and told me “sorry”. I was then handed my wedges and coffee which had only 2 cream in it (missing 1 sugar)
I realize this is a fast paced work environment and it is hard to maintain accuracy on consecutive orders again and again but something is not right with this location and I don’t know if it is a floor manager or the owner of this location that needs to step up and realize that he/she has a problem with order accuracy and organization amongst his staff here that is causing harm to his/her business. People are avoiding this location due to these reasons and others. Don’t just reply to this saying sorry. Pin point the problem, make some phone calls and address these problems or you might as well close this location and give ALL your business to other coffee shops and Tim Hortons...

I recently visited this location and was blown away by the exceptional service I received from a young gentleman with a Filipino background. He was not only patient and took the time to thoroughly explain how to navigate the app, but he also went above and beyond to resolve any technical issues that arose. Despite my app experiencing some redeeming issues, he didn't give up and instead, worked tirelessly to resolve the problem.
What really impressed me was his generosity and kind spirit. When my issue was finally resolved, he surprised me with a complimentary donut - a thoughtful gesture that made my day. It's clear that he prioritizes making his customers feel valued and appreciated.
I was struck by his high energy and professionalism as he assisted not just me, but every customer he helped during my visit. His enthusiasm is infectious, and I have no doubt that he will go far in his career.
I'd like to extend my gratitude to this exceptional young man for making my experience at the store truly memorable. His outstanding service and kindness have earned him a loyal customer in me, and I look forward to returning to the store...

I asked for tuscan chicken panini and instead of letting me know they don't serve it for breakfast, I got this rude response from the sales associate. "Do you see a lunch menu in the screen?" There's 4 screens and I said yes. With an angry irritated voice she was telling me I can't order it. So I asked her if I can get a rising breakfast steak wrap?
